(LUKE'S POV)
I was sitting in the room, patiently waiting for my result to come. As she entered, I could hear the teacher say, "Here you go Luke Steiner." I calmly opened my card and found out that.........
I GOT IN!
Wait what?
How?
WHAT?
I GOT INNN!!!
But I don't even want to go there.........
That was when I saw, at the end of his letter, there was a salient sentence that caught my eye:
"You can hand this letter over to somebody you trust with your whole heart to become one of our students in this spy school. We will take there interview once again to see if it is possible for us to make an arrangement so that they can join this school."
Well, this could come in handy, I thought as I started to walk home. I wonder if Rudy go- BUMP - I looked to see that Anna had bumped into me. "Hey Anna! Did you get in?" I said. "Well........." she replied.
(ANNA'S POV)
I was sitting in my chair and I was actually quite happy from my time at the interview. I was grinning from ear to ear as I heard the doorknob turn and the high heels on cobblestone whatever the sound thuk thuk thuk is in words. I was too excited to use my brain to think or even process whatever the teacher said. As I took the letter and opened it, I found out that...............
I GOT IN!
Wait......uh oh.
I
think there's supposed to be a didn't after the "I". And the "got" should change to "get".
But.....how?
The interview went so well!
I thought all these things as I stared at the letter in disbelief. I couldn't get the courage to get up from my seat. What would my parents think of me? What would Luke and Rudy think of me? What would Rebecca think of me? Hell, she would not stop bullying me now! Although I did hear she didn't even get an interview. That helped calm a bit down and get up, but it wasn't enough to get me walking happily, just like how I did when I entered here in the first place!
After pondering for what felt like 2 years (but was actually just 2 minutes) I walked outside, gloomingly bumping into..........someone. Not sure who it was. Until our eyes met and I saw that it was Luke! He asked me, "Hey Anna! Did you get in?". I gulped. "Well......not exactly?" I said, almost emotionless, to hide the disappointment on my face. "I'm so sorry, you looked do hopeful!" Luke said. I couldn't see any disappointment on his face. It made me feel happier. "Well, you weren't quite hopeful about yours. Did you get in?" I asked. Luke hesitated, then said, "Surprisingly, yes. But, if you want, I could give you my admission. I don't mind not getting in.". "Really, you would do that for me?" I say. "Why not?" Luke replied, grinning sweetly.
(REBECCA'S POV)
What do you expect? Ofcourse she's screaming at her father back in some room to go fire the principle after buying the school in a gown shaped like a pastry! It doesn't seem to be working though............so she decides to go to the lakes instead. Here's how that's going:
I can't believe I gave into this stupid idea. She was probably joking and just wanting to prank me. Ugh! Those weird peasants with nothing else to d-*SNATCH*. Someone grabbed me by the arm yet AGAIN! I bet its......"Oh, it's you. What do you want?" I said. "You need to fix your attitude so that Rudy could fall in love with you! By the way I'm Min-.........ouri. Yes, I'm Minouri, and I'm here to help you with that." The weird pink haired and skinned girl named Minouri said.
"What do you mean by 'so that Rudy could fall in love with you' ? He's an oddity. I'm too good for him. I deserve men like Luke Steiner and not weirdos like Rudy." I said. "You see, that's where you're wrong. Rudy is such a great guy, and besides, Luke is in love with Anna- Oops, I didn't mean to say that." The eccentric girl said. "WHAT?! LUKE CANNOT BE IN LOVE WITH THAT EXCUSE OF A HIGHSCHOOL GIRL! I AM SOOOO MUCH BETTER THAN HER!!!" I screa- said.
"Geez, you're as angry as Bakugou ." The rose-coloured girl said.
(RUDY'S POV)
I sat on the black chair, sweating from head to toe. Don't worry, Rudy, if you don't get selected! This is just some stupid education system that sends kids to some stupid spy school where they learn stupid things, I told myself, but I knew it was not true.
Every inch of me wanted to go in that spy school, and every inch of me knew I wouldn't get in. I snapped back to reality (oop- there goes gravity) when I heard the teacher say, "Rudy Steiner of Stage 11, here's your report card." I frantically opened it with shaky hands and found out that.......
..........I didn't get in.
Well, that was expected.
But I was really not happy with myself.
Why'd I have to lie?
My vision got blurry with tears.
Stop, you knew you wouldn't get in, besides, it's not like the whole world just ended. A 1,000 other students in this city also didn't get in. So it's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine.
"Say one more and I'll believe you" I heard my brother say. Wait, how did he get in, could he read my mind or something? That was when I looked around and realized I had started to walk, and was mumbling to myself, just loud enough for Anna and Luke to hear. "It's fine." I said. "Well, if it helps you, I didn't get in either. But your brother here decided to give me his ticket so I could have a second chance at joining the school. He's too kind, and now you both can stay in this one together! And, unless I don't get in the second time, we all can stay together!" Anna said, to brighten up the mood. "....Sounds like fun." I said.
