Chapter Fifteen

A/N This is not a Reiji chapter but a chapter of explanation, so I suggest you read so you can understand what's happening.

     My heart pounded in my chest as my eyes locked with his familiar golden eyes, his hands felt cold but full of affection against my skin. I can feel the burning stares of the other brothers focused on us.

     "How do you know Bunny-chan?" Laito asked, a smirk on his face but his eyes were narrowed obviously full of hate. Karl removed his hand from my cheek, he smiled at Laito which made Laito shut up. Karl looked back at me.

     "To see you again... I never knew this day would come. I guess our plans had worked." My eyes widened, everyone except me looked so confused.

     "What are ya talking about?" Subaru scoffed and I looked at him, looking at him as if saying to shut up, he seemed to get this a looked away from me, I turned back to Karl Heinz.

     Th corner of my lips twitched upwards, "I never knew you were so desperate to reincarnate me, Karl." All of them looked at me in surprise, even I was surprised at my cold tone.

     Karl laughed as he saw everyone surprised, "You still haven't changed, dear. You still have a snappy attitude." I snickered at his comment.

     "And you're still an asshole, love. I'm quite sad that I still haven't regained my power yet, then I would have been able to kill you within a second." I faked a frown.

     "I am now the Demon King, you are not able to kill me unless Ms. Yui chooses an Adam." I rolled my eyes at his statment.

     "I should applaude you for your plans, Karl. But you know very well, that all of them belongs to me. They are my generals." I glared at him, the two of us arguing for the brothers.

     "Just what is your relationship?" Reiji asked as we both turned to him.

     "We are..."

     "Lovers~!"

     "Master and servant." We both stated at the same time, we looked at each other and he was grinning at me like a little child.

     "Karl... Can you not?" I sighed as I looked at the meal in front of me. A certain thing made me remember his weakness. I smirked and turned to him.

     "If you don't get proper I'll tell your 'sons' about your hate for garl--" As I was saying that Karl took the opportunity to get a spoon and shove it in my mouth. I coughed as he looked at me with despise.

     "If you say that, I will kill you off." I took the spoon out of my mouth and laughed.

     "How is it possible though...? That you two knew each other." Shu spoke and Karl looked at me as if asking for permission.

     "Just say it," I sighed "I'm not your mom, you don't have to ask for permission." He nodded and looked at his sons, his face turning serious. The light atmosphere became heavy once more.

     "Before I ruled over the demons, there used to be a queen about the same age that I was, at that time everything was strict. If you did something wrong you either get beheaded or tortured to death, that was how powerful she is. That woman was Selene, and is now known as Miyanomori Akira." He explained all their gazes looking at me.

     "Even if that was the price a lot of people still tried to kill her, so she searched for her strongest knights, her tutor and the most powerful criminal and formed the 'Ten Holy Generals' who were incharge of watching over her." I nodded and stopped him for me to continue.

     "But they weren't able to save Selene from one person. Herself." 'That's right. I saw it, Selene killing herself.'

     "As her final wish, she asked one of her generals to take over the throne." I looked at Karl and he sighed.

     "You are not really of royalty, your father only replaced me." I said, my expression slightly stern. A sudden question popped in my mind as all of us were gathered there.

     "Karl, I've always wondered who Subaru was." Subaru's eyes widened at my sudden name calling.

     "What do you mean, Selene--", "Do not call me that. I'm used to being called as 'Akira'." I stopped him. I inhaled deeply and explained.

      "If Abaddon was Ayato, Adrastos was Kanato, Alphaious was Laito, Reiji was Orpheus and Ophion was Shuu... Then who is Subaru?" I asked Karl. His eyes widened at this but soon returned back to normal.

     "You might not remember but I used to be human." Karl exclaimed, all of us looked at him in surprise.

      "Since you took interest in me, you offered me eternal life. You offered me to be a vampire. Of course, I accepted because it was a once in a lifetime chance and you were also very stubborn." He smiled.

     "And you all know very well that vampires that were once human cannot impregnate women." They all nodded at this except me and Yui.

     "Then, how were we all born?" Reiji asked, his glasses glistening.

     "Your past selves agreed to turn back time and make themselves children or babies. Except Subaru that is."

     "Karl, be more specific. What do you mean?" I demanded him an answer and he just grinned at me. Once he did, I knew he told me to calm down and so I did.

     "It was... A miracle. I knew very well that I couldn't impregnate women and so when I raped Christa I didn't expect her to get pregnant but it was a miracle for us to have a child." He smiled.

     "So... The truth is... Subaru is your only son?" Laito exclaimed, all of us grew tense.

     "That's correct, your so called 'mothers' used to be your sibling. They just took the liberty of pretending to be your mothers." Karl agreed. All of them tried to mark their brains of the truth and so they remained quiet.

     "So, love. How will I be able to regain my dear powers?" I glared at Karl and he chuckled.

     "Simple, make all the generals fall in love with you." My eyes widened and I slammed the table with both my hands.

     "Excuse me? Do you know how hard is that? Don't be a prick!" I cursed at him and he smirked at me.

      "Don't be an idiot, back in your past life all of them liked you." He pointed at the siblings and they all flinched in surprise. I tilted my head in confusion.

      "Um, what? Really?" Karl look at me with a fake look of disbelief.

      "Don't fucking look at me like that. Just how in the hell am I supposed to make all of them fall for me when I don't even know the other four!" I glared.

     "Hehe, if you're wondering who they are, they are the Mukamis." All of the brothers faces turned stern.

     "Those idiots? Are you serious?" Subaru scoffed.

     "I'll send them here next month, better be ready~" Karl said happily and I groaned.

     "Can we just... Eat? I'm staaaarving." I complained. All of them agreed, although still in confusion, no one in this room can deny that they were hungry.

     At least, now they understand. I just hope chaos doesn't happen.
