THE FORMER TENNIS STAR known for joining the Olympic team at age 17, and staying on until age 28, wracking up medals and trophies from the time she was a child, Rowan was the only child (besides Connor) who managed to stay out of Waystar, and not receive much flack for it. Until a collision with a teammate during a dive for a ball occurred during her Doubles match at her last Olympic game, ever.
The accident left the Roy with a broken femur and ankle, along with a torn ACL. Unable to continue her career in Tennis, Rowan turned into more a recluse, only coming out for family events and outings. Being spotted in more paparazzi shots then in conferences and athletic houses. More recently, her twin has beaten her out for favoritism, as four years after her accident, Rowan still refuses to come into the family business- while Roman seems to be thriving as a COO.
She hates people bringing up the accident.
It's one of the reasons she completely avoids press entirely.
