I struggle to open my eyes. I'm on the sofa in the living room of my house. I don't remember the plan coming here. I'm covered up in a blanket. I go to take the blanket off, but I feel my hands grab something under the blanket. It was the plush I got before I became an expirement. I pull the plush closer to me. I feel a head fall onto my shoulder. I tense up, I turn to see Yuki asleep on my shoulder. It was probably how worried about me he was. He must be exhausted. I cover him up with the blanket. I yawn and look at the time, early in the morning... I yawn, and my head falls back, "Sleep well, Yuki."

I yawn and rub my eyes. I feel a slight tugging on my hair, and I freeze. I look to my left to see Yuki messing with my hair, but he's not the only one. Kito chuckles as he messes with my hair. He smirks, "Just like Yuki's hair."
My face looks unamused. I ask, "Can you guys stop messing with my hair? It's uncomfortable."
Kito pouts, "But it's so soft.."
I say, "I bet Yuki's is just as soft."
Kito starts to mess with Yuki's hair, "No, not really. Why did your hair look like that? Is that your bedhead?"
I look at him unamused, "Yeah. Are you about to make fun of me for it?"
My mom walked in. She looked at me with surprised and relieved eyes. My brother is behind her. My mom comes and hugs me and Yuki. I freeze while she sobs. Kito rubs his fingers along the bottom of my chin, making my frozen head rise, "You're like a baby when you wake up. It's adorable."
My eyes go wide as I feel my face heat up, "A-Adorable...?"
My mom let's go of us and looks at Kito, "Ren, is this your boyfriend?"
I look at her with a red face, "Huh? No!"
She smiled, "Is it Yuki?"
I start waving my hands around, "No! I don't have a boyfriend! And I probably won't even think of having one after yesterday."
My mom asks, "What happened yesterday?"
Yuki requests Kito, Taki, and Lauren to sit down. He explains from where it began, where Kito and I were having the small debate of who Deku would be. He continues to the end. By the end, my mom was crying. I ask in concern, "Mom? What's wrong?"
She apologies, "Ren, I'm so sorry..."
I ask another question, "For what?"
She puts her face into her hands, tears leaking through, "I should've told you sooner. About what happened 11 years ago. I didn't know until 2 years after when I'm supposed to be your mom. I'm worried you'll suffer worse than my son in my past life suffered."
Yuki looks to the ground, down at his red shoes. My mom continues, "I don't want you to endure the same pain. Now, here you are with the same ability and a harsher story."
I remember a set of words I heard once. It was when I first met Mr. Imano.

I look down and rub my arm, "Yeah..."

I look at him, keeping those words safe, "Yes, sir."□
I tell her, "It's alright, mom. I only have this ability so we can get out of here, I don't plan on using it afterward. Not unless I really have to. I'll be fine, I promise."
Turns out my mom knew about the fight because it was on the news, live, yesterday. She saw me and Yuki get kidnapped. She thanked Yuki for going to my rescue and then taking me here after. She wiped the tears in her eyes, "Yuki?"
He looks up at her. She says, "You may not be in this life, but I still see you as my son. So, if you think the same way, feel free to share it."
Yuki starts to have tears form in his eyes. He wipes them away, "Alright, mom."
They start to cry. Kito's phone goes off. I jumped at how sudden it was. Kito says, "So Yuki texted me saying that Ren was here, so of course I came. That was yesterday. Today, I told everyone else that we were here, and they wanna meet Lauren."
We all look at my mom, waiting for her opinion. She nods. She runs to get dressed. I go into the bathroom to grab a brush. I brush my hair and comb my fingers through my hair to set it back to the style it was at before this mess. I walk out of the bathroom, out of the hall, into the living room. My mom was behind me. I noticed how the paint was no longer on my face when I was brushing my hair. I ask, "So should we go to the Academy?"
Kito nods, "That's where everyone else is anyway."
I ask my mom, "Are you gonna escape with us?"
She shakes her head, "No, I'll be pretty recognizable."
I say, "We have already set up a plan for that. Each and every student escaping has a new set of clothes, a sweater with a hood, and a hair dye that we're all gonna use after we escape. I've used online maps to tell us that there's a station near where we're gonna reach the city. Each station has a restroom, where we can change. Because of the location, it's not used much. Makes the perfect place."
My mom asks, "Why don't you dye your hair before you go?"
I answer, "That's the basic part. If we have our hair dyed now, they would know what our description is before we even get there. If we do it after, we would be different. Hence, different descriptions, different person. Now we should get back so I can give it back to Mr. Katoan."
The voice I haven't heard in the past... since last time shouts, "I'm not an It!"
I say aloud, "Alright, I'm sorry."
My mom asks, "Are you talking to Venom? The one Yuki was talking about?"
I nod, "Yeah... Unfortunately..."
Venom asks angrily, "What do you mean by unfortunately?!"
I say, "Alright, Alright. I'm sorry..."
I turn to Yuki, "I thought of something."
Yuki turns towards me, "Huh?"
I say, "What if the lousy villains in the bonus chapters of the SMASH!! manga were riencarnated, too?"
He shivers, "Nuh uh! It's not happening!"
I laugh, "I know, but it's a funny thought."
He shakes his head, "No! That's not funny! I had to get my ears blown up in volume two! I will not go through that! Not in my past life, not in this life!"
I chuckle, "Ok, ok. Number two. Wanna know the worst thing to say to an MCU Riencarnate?"
He asks, "What?"

His jaw drops, and his face goes pale. I chuckled nervously, "Oops, I broke him..."
