YOUR WHAT!?

My friends Oliver, Ray, Aro and Me, Ash. we were exploring an old abandoned building we were having so much fun, but as we were getting closer to the middle of the building there was a stench that was coming from it, we were all just thinking it could have just been an animal that got in and died so we continued on trying to think much of the smell.

"Hey, uhh, the smell is getting so much worse," Oliver said covering his nose with his shirt.

"It is, what should we do?" Aro said also covering his nose.

"We should check it out!" I said suggesting it and the other boys agreed, as we kept walking closer to the horrid stink. We entered the room and that room was the next it seem to be the place ratiating the smell so we camposed ourselves we have our breath and walked up to the closed door and turned the door knob and open the door and went inside and looked around and I saw a dead body sitting promped up against the wall it was like a middle-aged man who was just starting to get his gray hairs when I saw I immediately said "oh my God.." and covered in my mouth in shock and when Oliver, Ray, and Aro Came and see what I reacted at and they had a pretty similar reaction to what I had like there was some "oh my.." and "what the hell." the final one came from Aro we looked sick and we ran out of the building we sprinted like there was a wild animal that was chasing us, and trying to get us. and we got out of the building then we fell to her knees and got out all getting her breath Oliver had to run to a nearby tree and throw up and came back to us. And the first to speak was me and I said "What was that and what should we do?" I was still in a bit of shock.

"We should call the cops?" he said pretty calmly, as he grabbed his phone from his pocket and called the local police department and started talking.

"Mhm ... yeah, we are at the old abandoned building by the forest ... okay, thanks." he then hung up and looked at us.

"So?" I said; raising an eyebrow.

"The cops are coming with some crime scene people or something." he took a deep breath after saying it.

"Oh, okay," the other two said at almost the same time.

It had been around half an hour, and we were just sitting and talking about stuff, when the cops finally showed up in a bunch of cars and one by one we were being questioned, starting with me.

"What did you see?" the detective asked me.

"It was a middle-aged man just getting his gray hairs, he had a wedding band and a dress shirt on, covered in blood. he was prompted up against a wall, with an apparent strike to his side and chest, with what looked like to be done with a knife. or axe?" I said calmly.

The detective wrote it all down then looked up at me and said, "Do you have a ride home or are you walking?"

"I think I might just walk home with my friends, or catch a ride with them," I replied.

"Alright," he said then walked away and started questioning the other boys, we were all asked the same question about the ride home and they all said they were walking with me. It was almost 10 pm by now.

How was it 10? Well, we had come out here at around 7-8:30 pm I can't remember precisely, we explored till 9:30, Then we were questioned till 10:00 pm, almost 10:30 at this point. we were all done being questioned and they all came and found where I was sitting it was with the curb by the road I was just playing a game on my phone when they all came up to me and set me up and we all started walking back to Oliver's house since it was the closest one out of the four of us. When we got there we, as in Aro, Ray, and I, split from Oliver and then kept walking in silence till Aro spoke up "So, Ash are you in Oliver's class in school?"
