-Dabi-
He couldn't even turn to face me without dragging her unconscious body around. Flame consumed me I was ready to burn everything for her. I was ready to kill him for her. I was ready to die for her. Fuck Enji, yeah the fucker dead by my hands would be the greatest thing in this world. But her, she was new world. A new start.
"What did you do to her!?" My voice was demanding and filled with boiling rage. Not only is he touching her, he caused her to bleed. Her blood is on his hands.
"She healed me." His voice was stoic and deadplanned like always. "The papers were right about her not stopping to think about healing people." His voice sounded like he didn't care.
I could see the steam coming from my breath. I quickly sprung forward and was ready to kill him. But one I was inches away from him, when her voice rang out.
"Dabi?" I automatically stopped, my flames died on the spot. My heart thumped in my ears.
Todoroki slowly turned around and handed her to me. My hands gingerly reached for her and pulled her to my chest. Cluching, grasping, clinging to her my chest, Todoroki just stood there. "She is like Fuyumi" His voice was hardly there but I knew who he ment.
Granted when I left Fuyumi had to be the mother of the house hold since Enji sent mother away after her mental breakdown. But even then Fuyumi was as useful as a fork to a soup. Unless she did some major growing up Airmed is nothing like her. My eyes never left her anglic face. If I never have left then this never would had happened.
Todoroki would never had found her, I would had stopped him before he even came through the door. I gritted my teeth, there was basically nothing I could do other then kick my self mentally.
"She will need medically attention." He took a step towards. I quickly pulled her away and glared at him.
"The fuck she dont." I growled through my teeth.
His hand stopped in mid air and then he pulled it back down. He stared at her like he was studying her. "She doesn't want to go back." His words finally hit a cord. She told him? "I won't make her go back. But she will need help or else." He pointed at her side wound. "It would get infected." For once the boy was right. As much as I was to keep her away from him she needed help, and this time there was no one for all to save her.
I looked down at her and I could feel my eyes prick before I felt a trail of blood roll down on the left side of my face. I finally broke, and looked at my brother with pleading eyes. "What do you suggest?"
The two colored orbs looked at me and then to her. Granted his understanding of emotions was a big as a fucking teaspoon, but it seemed like he knew I was begging. "I have a colleague who might be able to keep her hidden. But..."
"Name it." My words were to the point.
"Hawks has been acting on his own as of late and hasn't been reporting it."
The moment he said Hawks I knew who he was talking about, and the reason why he hasn't been reporting in was because I knew exactly why. They placed him as a spy in our little group. I bit my lip, I wasn't gonna trust the damn turkey if I had my life dependent on it. But this was for Air not me.
The only thing I worried about was he was gonna turn the tables and turn her in or get something out of it from the LOV which was something I couldn't do either of. I could feel the young Todoroki stare at us. Our hands were just ties.
I let out a long heated sigh and finally nodded. "Okay, but if that chicken does something he might as well become a bucket of chicken wings. "
"Agreed." He answered back. Which was odd, I still don't understand why he would protect her. It's not exactly why she didn't wanna go back. Unless he learned what he did to her. But still any normal person would just turn her in.
