Chapter Seven: She's Here Then She's Gone

—At The Precinct—

They look up information on Danny Clark. "He's a thirty five year old who lives on the upper east side of Manhattan," Fin says. They find his address and go to his house. Olivia and Carisi knock on his door. He answers the door, but after seeing who was at the door, he takes off running. Olivia and Carisi catch him and take him to the precinct. They put him in an interrogation room. "So, Danny, why'd ya run?" Olivia says. "I-I...I don't know." "Yeah, sure," Olivia says, "I mean you're innocent right? Why are we even here?" "I couldn't help it. I had too," Danny says. "What's that, Danny? I thought you were innocent." "I had to have her. I knew when she got in the car she was my target. She was just so beautiful, how could I resist her?" "Well, Danny that looks like a confession to me. We'll have a warrant to search your place and search Annalise's and since you did it, there'll be your DNA at her house isn't that right?" "Yes," Danny says while sporting a creepy smile. Danny gets up and starts to walk out of the room. Olivia gets up and says, "Oh no, you're not going anywhere. You confessed, we're holding you. Olivia puts him in holding. "I'm heading to his house right now," Olivia says. "I'll go with," Carisi says.

—At Danny Clark's House—

Olivia and Carisi arrive, once again at Danny's house. They hold up there guns and bust in through the door, walking all the way through the house making sure everything's clear. Olivia checks his room and finds what Annalise was wearing the night of her rape. Carisi finds Annalise's belt on his bed. They put everything in evidence bags and go to Annalise's house. They find Danny's belt and his tie on the couch. They put it evidence bags and head back to the precinct.

—At The Precinct—

        Olivia and Carisi arrive at the precinct with the evidence. "This is what we found," Olivia says. They put Danny in an interrogation room. Olivia and Fin go in and talk to him. "So uh, Danny...would you like to enlighten us on why Annalise's clothes were found in your house, in your room," Olivia says. "Fine, when I was done with her, I took her clothes with me. Something to remember her by so that I'll never forget her and that night," Danny says with a smile. "You really are sick," Fin says.
        They put him back in holding and Olivia calls Annalise to get a rape kit.

—At Mercy Hospital—

        Olivia and Fin wait for Annalise and Scarlet to show up Annalise and Scarlet to show up at Mercy Hospital. Once they arrive, Olivia and Fin talk to them before they take Annalise back for the rape kit. "Is there anything else you remember seeing or noticing when you found Annalise after the rape?" Olivia says. "Her clothes," Scarlet says, "I don't remember seeing her clothes anywhere. After I found her, I went to check the rest of the house to make sure no one else was there, and while checking the house, I never found the clothes she was wearing before coming home." "We went to the bar that you went to, we talked to the bartender and he remembers seeing you, Annalise, calling for a taxi. Though, he didn't see the driver, we got access to the security cameras and saw the footage of everything. We got the license plate, and found the driver to be Danny Clark. Do you two know him?" Olivia says. "No, I don't know him," Annalise says. "I don't know him either," Scarlet says. Olivia pulls up a picture of Danny on her phone. Do you recognize this man?" Annalise starts to cry. "Yes, yes t-that's him." Olivia nods her head. "We searched Danny's house and we found her clothes in his bedroom," Fin says, "Danny said he wanted something to remember her by," Fin says.
Annalise goes to have her rape kit done, then her and Scarlet go home; Olivia and Fin head back to the precinct.

—At The Precinct—

Olivia and Fin arrive to the precinct. When they walk in the squad room Carisi looks concerned. "Amanda's not here. I can't find her. She won't answer her calls," Carisi says as Olivia's heart sinks and Fin has a shocked look on his face. "I've gotta go," Olivia says through tears, "I've gotta find her."
