Harnika ( sit on the chair and smiling): hello doctor uncle i am fine

Neil( sweetly and check her file): so harnika beta apne medicine khayi Jo maine prescribed ki thi?( So harnika my child did you eat that medicine which i prescribed?)

Harnika( make face): bahot gandi dawaiya thi doctor uncle mummy ne mujhe zabardasti khilayi or milk bhi pilaya I hate milk ( it's too bad yuckkky medicine doctor uncle mom made me eat medicine forcefully and also she made me drink milk too I hate milk)

Neil( pinch her cheeks): agar ap dawaiya or  milk nahi lenge to fir kaise thik hoge ?? ( If you won't eat medicine and milk then how will you fine ?)

Harnika ( make face): par mujhe nahi accha lagta ( but I don't like it)

Neil( reading her file): accha ab aap mujhe ye batavo ki periods me pain kitna huva apko ?( Ok now tell me how much did you feel pain in your periods?)

Harnika: bahot jyada 3 din Tak huva baki ke dino me Kam tha pain( I felt pain for 3 days then after days it's less)

Neil: ma'am apne koi medicine to nahi di na?( Ma'am did you give any medicine to her?)

H's mother: no doctor maine harni ko hot pad rakhne ko kaha tha( no doctor I told harni to put hot pad on her abdomen)

Neil: ok so harni apko baby reproduction cycle dekhna tha haina?( Ok so harni you wanted to see baby reproduction cycle right?)

Harnika ( excited): yes doctor uncle
Neil: ok come harni

( They goes inside the room where do many posters of baby reproduction cycle and how  baby's growth happened into mother's tummy)

Neil( hold ruler into his hand): ok so harni beta see men ke sperm jab female ke egg ke saath milta hai tab baby born hota hai ( ok so harni when men's sperm and female's egg meet then baby will born)

Harnika( nods): doctor uncle maine science me padha tha lekin itna acchi tarike se nahi samjh aya tha lekin ab aa gaya ( doctor uncle i read into my science subject but i didn't understand that time but now i understand)

Neil: ok so harni ye hai babies ke 9 month ki phases iss tarah se baby uterus me develop hota hai ( ok so harni this is baby's 9 month of development phases this way baby grows into uterus )
