Max's POV
We practice harder for theses few days and today we have Team A & B events, I am sure our house will perform best. In fact, Tul shows so much potential in running events, his speed is amazing. Today in morning there will be Team A and at afternoon we have Team B events, in team A event mainly focus on individual running event and in Team B it's a group event. First years and second years are competing separately.
"First years who are participating in Team A events please report to the track point within five minutes."
With the announcement for Team A events first years gathered to the track, there were four contestants from each house, therefore they were divided into two groups.
"Mork, Pete, Cho, Kao, Ohm, Plan, Kong, Yin please take your place in the track field and get ready" the spectator announced.
On your mark, set.... with the sound of pistol, they start to run. It was really unaccepted, N'Mork came in third, anyway he was selected to finals, but N'Pete couldn't make it. N'Kao was first, in second was N'Ohm, third was ours, finally N'Kong only them got selected to finals. Next was the second group. I'm 200% sure about N'Tul, after all he surpass me too.
Spectator announced the rest of them "Tul, Rain, Team, Nine, Win, Jeno, Arm, Perth please take your place in the track field and get ready"
They all begun to run with the sound of the pistol, with no doubt N'Tul came in first, unfortunately N'Rain couldn't make it. With the end of the race there was an announcement,
"Second years who are participating in Team A events please report to the track point within five minutes and First year's Final will be held after the slections of second years." With the announcement we all gathered to the track point where we will also be divided into two groups.
I was little bit nervous as Forth is same team as with me and Beam, then I saw N'Tul coming towards us,
"Sawdee P'Beam, P'Max, I wish you both good luck, don't worry you guys can do it" his little wish bring me energy. The spectator announced our names with that we went to the track and took our positions. With the sound of the pistol, we began to run, in a flash I was able complete the track and came in first, few second behind me was Forth and next was Beam. I was in shock, because Forth and myself we ran by our shoulders. Zee came in fourth and four of us got selected to the finals. Next round was called by the spectator.
"Don, Kit, Fluke, Sun, Mew, Off, Tan, Garwin pleased proceed to your positions" after they got ready, spectator hit the trigger and the race was begun. In a blink of an eye Mew came in First, and Don in second, Sun in third and fourth was Garwin. With them eight of us got selected for finals. I didn't think Mew could improve in such a short time any how three of our team have been selected to finals from second year. I'm super sure we can archive first places in both first and second year. After short interval the finals of first years was took place, I was so upset that I could wish my boy good luck, as he was in the ground with N'Mork doing so warm ups and stretching.
"On your mark, set......'BOOM' and the race begun. No exceptions my boy, N'Tul came in first.
After their race when we entering to the ground, I saw N'Tul giving me thumbs up, with that I determined to come in first whatever it takes. Team A Final event is our, second years' final race after it finishes, they'll held Team B events. It's also a exciting moment. When I was in the track field so many things just got into my mind like I was in a trance, but the I heard the sound of the pistol I jumped to run this final race. I doubt myself while running 'will I be able to come in first or will it be Forth' because both our speeds are just tie together. But luckily, I was able to win my race, finally all the tough training paid off. It was worth celebrating.
"Let's go Max, will have something. Any way after lunch-break next events going to start" Beam said "Yes, we have to have energy" Don agreed with Beam. So, we went to the canteen to have something. I searched all over the canteen but I couldn't able to find N'Tul, 'Where the hell did, he disappear?'
"Are you searching for me?" I was startled when I heard the voice of my idiot boyfriend behind my ear
"Holy Shit, don't startled me like that you little punk!" everyone was laughing, the moment was kind of embarrassing "By the way, did you guys have something?"
"No, not yet wait for us will join you guys okay."
Tul's POV
Today was so much exciting we had our Team A events completed and now we are going to have something to refill our energy. After the lunch break, we will have our Team B events. And also, today something exciting happens, P'Max was able to defeat P'Forth in the race, even though their speeds are tie to tie. Not only that but also P'Max is over joyed for some reason and I don't know the reason what makes him this much energetic today. When we are going to the canteen, I saw P'Max was going through the canteen, probably he is searching for me. I slowly and silently got behind me and said into his ears "Are you searching for me?" I don't think he would startle.
"Holy Shit, don't startled me like that you little punk!" when he said that everyone burst into laughter, he kind of blush 'so cute' "By the way, did you guys have something?" he asked me, may be to change the atmosphere,
"No, not yet wait for us will join you guys okay." Then we rushed to order something. I'm super hungry but I don't have apatite to eat may be because I was overjoyed in moment ago? Anyhow I order and we went to the table where our seniors sat. we chatter nonsense nonstop until it was time so our next event. Team B event is 4 x 200 relay race, so there will be no selection. Myself, Rain, Pete and Mork will be participating from our year to represent our house. We well decided to whom will be take which lap. So Mork will take the start and next will be Pete then after Rain, end will be mine, because if anyhow Pete and Rain slowed a bit, I can catch up with it definitely. As for our seniors P'Max, P'Don, P'Kit and P'R will participate, I don't why P'Beam didn't participate. In their group formation definitely P'Max will take the end that's for sure. For the rest I hope P'Don will take the lead and P'R and P'Kit will follow up the sequence.
"This announcement is for both 1st years and 2nd years those who participate for Team B event are requested to gathered to the track point immediately." With the announcement we all rushed to the checked point.
"Ah.... I'm kind a nervous you know" I heard one of player from another team said "why? there's nothing to worry dude. Just chill and relax" "you'll tell me to chill, see, look over there! I can't believe that I'm competing against him, and if I wants win, then there should happen a miracle you know, arghhh..." I heard they are whispering. Poor them, what can I do I can't spare them.
In our team we decide to put Mork to initiate the race and Rain and Pete follow up next, and as for the finisher it would be me. Isn't it too obvious, but there's nothing to do? A second later the whistle was blowing to get ready for the event, first and foremost it's first years competing. Ok, here we go. 'BANG' with the jump of the gun the race began. Taking the lead Mork gave the baton to Rain, he was able keep the lead, but Team nearly catches up to him, Pete was gone little back and he gave me the baton in third, the gap was not much, so I was able to catch up to them and came in first. I'm not bragging about me, but with the speed of me it was pretty effortless for me. Heee hee....
As for our seniors, they came in second place, I was little shocked but, it was not unpredicted P'Forth's group came in first. So, our seniors were little upset specially my P' and P'Don. After all the events were over our seniors insist us to join with them the San's bar, it was so cute when P'Don was all whinny about the race how they came in second, but P'Max says he was pathetic. At last, P'Max and myself had to drag drunken P'Don to his condo.
