gleaming city lights chapter 4— Frost

General Chemistry I ang kanyang subject. I have a love and hate relationship with Science.

"Before we start, let's have a diagnostic test first."

Nagsikuhanan na sila ng papel. Oh no... I don't bring any paper.

I looked at him with apologic eyes.

"I don't have po. I'm sorry." Oh My God.

My eyes widened when Ma'am President handed me a piece of paper.

"Here." she wasn't looking at me. She was looking at her paper. Nagsusulat siya ng pangalan niya.

"T-Thank you po."

But Ma'am President ignored him and acted like she doesn't hear him. "Wow, may favoritism tsk."

"Mr.

"E wala ngang papel, Sir. Pucha naman." napakamot siya sa ulo.

Oh no. Nasa number three na ako at malapit nang ilipat ni Sir ng slide ang exam namin.

"Uhm..." kinalabit ko si Ma'am President. She looked at me then raised her brows. "Pahingi pa po paper."

"For that jerk? Why are you even helping him?" she scoffed and rolled her eyes. Oh my. I remember Levi in her.

"Because he's nice to me po. I answered. I gave it to Jadiel and he thanked me.

"Exchange papers with your seatmate. This diagnostic test is recorded but not graded."

I gave Jadiel my paper.

"Hoy, ang daya! Bakit mali 'to?!"

Ma'am President rolled her eyes. "Idiot. Kulang ng letter 's'. It should be 'forces' not just 'force'."

"Consider na 'to!" Jadiel pouted.

"It's still wrong, Idiot." she grinned. "How can you be so stupid. Mag-aral ka. Ayoko ng rival na tatanga-tanga."

Jadiel scoffed. She's looking at him with the same intensity. It looked like they were having a war and I'm at the middle. Oh gosh.

As usual, Ma'am President got a perfect score in that. I think they're academic rivals. They always compare their scores.
