We were just about to do it me and my brother we were going to see mom smile again. We put our hands on the circle, we were so sure that we would succeed, we did so many calculations. We put so much effort in... But when you're most confident thats when it all goes wrong...

I got pulled in...

I saw things scary things...

I woke up. My vision was blurry. I looked up and saw my brother in pain, blood pooled underneath him from his arm and leg. What happened?! I went to get up and walk over to him, but I herd a clank sound. I felt weird...wait I could fell at All! I looked down to my hands. Instead of finding flesh hands, I saw the leather hands of my fathers armour suit. What am I?!
I herd Brother scream I pain,his face twisted with sorrow. Never mind me. If I don't help him he will die! I ran over to him and delicately held him in my cold arms. I was strong in this form. It hurt me not to feel his heat. I shook out all thoughts, I needed to help him now. That's when i ran him to granny's...

Only then i realised who i was what i was... I was an empty shell of armour.

I was a soul glued to armour...

Three days later

I sat in in the lounge room with Alphonse. I still can't forgive myself for what happened to him. We were so sure that we could do it. We sure so sure. I glanced across the room. Alphonse sat on the floor he was so still. He couldn't feel, he could eat He couldn't eat. He couldn't even sleep! It all my fault. thats it I'm determined. I will get his body back i will.

I stared out the window mindlessly I wish I could escape this world. And go to mother. But I don't want to die, I wouldn't leave Al like that or Winry or anyone.  So I jut sat here stuck in my wheel chair. Just watching the rain fall. Then in the disstance i saw something.

"Hey Al did you see that ?" i asked, pointing out the window.

" um... See what brother?" he replied.

I saw it again a human figure. It was like a shadow, it was fast. But I couldn't make it out in the rain.

"that" i say pointing to a figure that was walking to...the door?

I was wet. Running to find shelter, then i saw a light.

" a house" i said out loud to reassure myself that it wasn't a illusion.
I ran up to the door. After waiting for two seconds it opened.

A old woman appeared before i had a chance to say anything see said, "oh you poor girl come inside!" she pushed me in.

" whats yor name girl? "the women said. She had gray hair and glasses.

" My name is Dakota, can i use your phone? ". I asked trying to be polite.

" of cource dear its over there" she said pointing the the far wall just down the hall." im panacho by the way".

I walked over to it and dialled the number. I had to call my commanding officer. It rang three times then picked up.

" Hello?" growned Roy Mustang. He sounded tired.

" Hi it's Dakota" i replied.

" how was it did you find anything?" he asked suddenly wondering how my mussion went.

"No i didn't find anything. The man that attacked the King didn't retreat out here!" i whispered back trying not to let the others hear.

" okay get back when you can" he replied then hung up.
I let out a sigh, he never was one to care much.

" Dakota are you ok?" asked Panaho.

" yeah" i replied tiredly.

" you sound tired, go sleep up stairs i will wake you in the morning" she kindly offered.

" ok" i was to tired to object. I turned around to go upstairs when a bolt fell of my left auto mail arm.

" oh that will not stay in!" i whispered getting annoyed. I picked it up of the floor. Then a girl with blonde hair and blue eyed girl came down the stairs.

" Granny who is this? " she asked.

" im Dakota" i said, introducing myself. I waved at her bolt still in hand.

"i was just about to send her to bed she looks tired" said Panacho. She came down from the stairs to my level.

"im Winry" she said exteneding her hand. I shook it... Then my auto mail arm fell off. Damn it!

" Oh now i have to find somone to fix it". I said talking to myself. Whining...

"nonsense I'll fix it" said Winry.

"ok thanks". Then we went upstairs to fix my arm.
I wouldn't have guessed she could fix it but sure. She certainly can't make it worse.

The next day

I was reading an alchemy book and al was playing with the dog. Dakota came down stairs. She walked into the room.

" Do you know were the rest room is?" she asked.

"yeah just down the hall" i instructed her. She turned but only took one step. She seemed to sniff the air. She turned to me and see smiled and evil grin.

"what?" i said wondering what she was doing.

" Do did it didnt you"she stated. She was intimidating.

"Do what?" i stammered hoping that she couldn't figure it out.

"You know what im talking about Edward" she said walking over to me and crouching down to my level. How did she know my name?

" the transmutation human transmutation. You lost your arm leg and brother" said said looking at me then Alphonse. I gulped. Oh shit!

" A word of advice don't try it again. Ok.". She said it with a smile. With that she left. I rolled over to the window. I watched as i saw the black haired purple eyed girl walk down the lane.

Why do i feel like i know her?
