chapter 6
 present day (2025)

you hear on a news story 'the avengers earths number one enemy' then you hear the door open
"hey layla, are you home?" Nat yelled
"No"
"then who is talking?"
"Tinkerbelle"
"hey tink, do you still have bandages?"
"Yeah"
you walk into covered in blood stains and stitches everyone stares
"what"
"you look terrible" tony answered
"I know I just won the beauty pageant" you said sarcastically
"what happened to you?" Bucky looked worried
"witches, demons and governments"
Wanda tilted her head, then you walk up to Loki and hug him and Sam was standing there in horror
"I missed you"
"I missed you too"
"I missed you too Thor"
"yeah me too"
"you missed yourself?"
"No I missed both of you"
Loki and I gave him the same confused look as Thor joined the hug after a minute you pull away. BANG!! Came from the kitchen you looked over and saw tony going through stuff
"what are you looking for?"
"decent food"
"there isn't any I only got here yesterday"
tony glared at me
"okay, there might be some biscuits in the pantry next to the fridge"
everyone eat the biscuits I gabbed a yoghurt out of the fridge and sat down on the bench with everyone.
"Oh no she poised us" Sam yelled
tony, Nat, Steve, Clint, nick, Thor, Loki, Bucky and I laughed
"what?"
"Why would I do that jeez I thought tony had trust issues."
"What I only just met you and you have some sort of weird friendship with Loki"
"no, twins" I corrected
"that's worse"
"whatever, there should be enough rooms but some of you will have to double"
"okay" they all replied while stuffing there face with food
"so, do you guys want dinner or are just going to eat biscuits?"
"I will come with you" Nat said
"sounds lovely, been a while since we have been out together"
before you and Nat go out you clean yourself using magic so you don't look terrible. You and Nat drive to the pizza shop and ordered when you guys got back in the car Nat asked what felt like a billion questions but one stood out.
"Why did you bring us back?"
"I didn't really I just lost control and I had some sort of magic overload"
"so you had a mental breakdown?"
"Pretty much" "hey do you want to stop in at star bucks?"
"do I"
"okay, what would you like"
"guess, see how well you know me"
"okay, cameral latte with a choc swirl and cinnamon"
"hell yeah"
"okay what's mine"
"well it changes but cameral latte with a cinnamon swirl and cinnamon sprinkled on top"
then after we got our star bucks we headed back to the safe house. You get inside and Steve and Tony are fighting already. Thor is trying to stop them nut Loki just sat there enjoying it like everyone else. Nat looked at me and said.
"Why I am even surprised"
"I know, should we tell then food is here or just..."
"DINNER!" Nat yelled which caught everyone's attention
"or you could do that" I laughed
we all sat listening to Thor tell stories and laughing. I sat next to Bucky who looked surprisingly relaxed, Steve glanced over at us and smiled and tony sat pretty quiet.
"Hey who like video games" I asked
"video games?" Loki questioned
I looked at Thor and he just shook his head
"what, I don't know what a 'video game' is"
everyone sighed
"its okay I will show you later"
most of the avenger ran to the TV and played the games. Bucky and I just sat there and just had a nice conversation which was really nice, and then you heard Sam yell
"die demon die"
then the house filled with laughter. After about an hour of playing video games everyone went to bed you just about fell asleep then you heard the door open and Bucky laid down on the bed next to you then pulled you in for a hug.
"I thought you doubled with Sharon?"
"Yeah but you are cozy"
"you just wanted cuddles"
"yeah, was I that obvious?"
"Kind of"
"good night buck"
"night doll"
you two fell asleep. Next morning you woke up when Sharon sung the door open.
"That's my boyfriend" she exclaimed
"morning"
"am I since when"
Sharon stood there in horror, I elbowed Bucky and then Sharon stormed out
"well that was something"
"girlfriend?"
"Yeah I kissed her the other day and apparently it meant something"
the look I gave him got him to tell the truth
"alright we dated then she brought up the winter soldier and used it against me"
I pulled him in for a hug
"it isn't your fault"
"easy for you to say"
he saw my face
"sorry I..."
"It's okay, I know that's not what you meant"
you hear a smash from the kitchen and run down
"what the hell was that?"
Clint was in the kitchen cooking something you see the broken plate and his goofy smile then use your magic to fix it, Wanda looks up while you fix it and it amazed by your magic
"hey, layla can I talk to you for a second" she asked shyly
"of course"
"what category is your magic?"
"Chaos, why"
"I thought I was the only one"
"oh no there are six"
"what"
"yeah but the scarlet and emerald witches are the strongest"
"how?"
"The infinity stones are born from the same magic"
"space, time, reality, power, soul, and mind" I continued
"oh, thank you" she replied.
Later that day everyone was outside enjoying the peace and quiet. You sat and watched.
2 weeks later
tony decided we all pack up and head to the other safe house just as we were about to leave john walker and a bunch of his men stormed in.
"oh great you again" I moaned
"why would the avengers be helping you, you are a nobody?"
"Who said they were helping me?"
"No one I just assumed"
"wow you are cocky"
while you distract him the avengers load up the jet.
"Well this was a nice little chat but I have other plans"
"well we have you surrounded"
"okay well I will hopefully see you again in... Hell" you say teleporting out
when you get to the jet everyone was there
"okay were now?" Sam asked
"well we have three options. Wakanda, the compound or the other safe house." Tony said
"or..."
all the eyes were on me
"Asgard"
"they have put police..."
I interrupted "not on the other one"
"do you mean the one in the realm?" Thor asked
"yes"
"sartur destroyed it"
"umm about that"
he grabbed me
"what did you do?"
"Nothing much just that- Asgard –I-is back - ..."
"spit it out"
"back in the realm" I blurted
"how?"
You face said enough though
"Asgard would be safest because not like they can get there"
"how many people are on Asgard?"
"The ones that were slaughtered by thanos and valkiyre"
you saw Tony shiver at the name you look past Thor
"sorry Tony"
"well Asgard it is"
everyone agreed Thor got on the roof and called the Bifrost and everyone arrived on the jet and tony flew it to the castle and landed just outside you all were greeted by Odin, Frigga, valkiyre, axle and heimdell. You were welcomed back and went straight to valkiyre for a ride and you two flew above Asgard and decided to go back to earth to get the rest of the Asgardians.
