LUKE SEEMED TO CLING to isabella's side the entire time the group hung out. going to play another game? luke was there playing with her. going to grab a drink? luke would pay. going to the bathroom? luke would wait outside the door.
it was as if something inside him changed. when he woke up this morning and he looked at the girl, felt the girl, his stomach twisted in ways they hadn't beforehand. the feeling felt weird but it wouldn't stop and he came to like it.
he noticed as soon as he woke up this morning, that he felt tingly as soon as his skin touched hers. he felt the tingle all over whenever they made contact with one another. he felt it when she drew small circles on his back as they slept for an extra thirty minutes. he felt it all along his side during the car ride to the arcade.
