Cassidy:
It's Monday morning again. But this Monday is different! I'm finally 16! My sweet sixteen!
My alarm goes off playing 'It's my birthday.' By Will.I.am. I have a little dance around then I run into my mum and dads room! I start dancing around their room until they get up. They tell me to go downstairs. I run down the stairs and into the living room. On the floor by the window there is a pile of presents. I hurry over to them and sit by them. Everyone comes downstairs to watch me open my presents.
I get lots of really nice presents. My favorites are my best photo out of my portfolio framed and a gorgeous dress from Lipsy. It's baby blue and all the top is diamonds. The skirt part is all floaty and comes to half way up my thigh.
After I've finished my dad brings me in pancakes and strawbs.
I have to get ready for school so I eat my pancakes, say thankyou to everyone then head upstairs.
Once I'm dressed, done my makeup and curled my hair I head downstairs. I go back into the living room and Perri is stood in the middle holding a 'sweet 16' balloon and a present bag.
I run over and hug him.
"Happy Birthday!" He says kissing my head.
"Thankyou!" I say taking the present.
"I want you to open it in the car."
"Okay, lets go!" I say grabbing my bag. "Bye mum and dad! Thankyou!"
We get into Perri's car.
"You can open it now!" He says smiling.
I open the bag and get through the tissue paper to find a little velvet box. I hope it and a gorgeous crystal neckless with 'C+P' carved into a heart.
"Omg! It's so nice!" I fling my arms around him. "Thankyou so much!"
"That's okay! This is what I went out so early to get in New York."
"Wow!" I kiss him.
We make our way up to my school. I got given a badge so people know its my birthday. I get given lots of presents. Sadie gets a picture of us as toddlers at dance and a picture of us teaching with Diversity at Butlins framed with the quote 'to infinity and beyond' printed into the frame.
"Thankyou so much! I love it!"
My day consists of lessons and saying thankyou to everyone for wishing me a happy birthday. At lunch I go on twitter and reply to everyone on there who has wished my a Happy Birthday.
Perri:
Once I've dropped Cassidy off at school I head over to the studio where everyone is setting up a party. We've got her a cake that is a dance floor that's got a moving mini disco ball on it! Its really cool. We are getting all of her friends from school to leave 10 minutes early so that they can get to the studio and get changed. I am going to pick Cassidy up and take her home so that she can get changed because she thinks that we are going out for a meal. Then I will take her to the studio and say I need to get something.
Cassidy:
"Um Miss, I've got to go." Sadie says to our teacher.
"Oh right okay. Anyone else that needs to go, you can go too." Our teacher calls.
"Where you going?" I ask.
"Oh we've got to do something for tutor."
"Um cool! I will see you later then for the sleepover!"
"Seeya!" Sadie says taking her bag and leaving.
The bell rings so I get up and head to the main gate. I see a big gang of lads crowding around something. As I get closer I see a car. Perri's car. Everyone is looking at his car.
"Cassidy!" Perri says calling over the crowd.
"Hey!" I say pushing my way through the group.
"Lets go then." He says opening the door for me.
"Wow your car gets some attention!" I say as we pull away from the school gate.
"I know!" He says raising his eyebrows.
We go back to my house so that I can get changed into my new dress.
I run upstairs and tell Perri to stay in the living room. I want to surprise him.
I take off my school uniform and pull on my dress. It's very flattering. I put on my silver glitter heels and grab my matching clutch bag. I re-curl my hair and add abit more makeup. I get the necklace Pel got me out of it's box and put it on. Then I make my way downstairs. I open the living room door.
Perri turns around as I stand behind him.
"WOW!" He says eyes wide.
"Do I look okay?" I say spinning around.
"So much better!" Pel says pulling me into a kiss. "Right lets go."
We get back into his car and start driving.
"I've just got to pop into the studio to pick up my phone because I left it there."
"Okay!" I say.
We arrive at the studio.
"You coming in?" Pel asks turning off the engine.
"Might as well!" I say getting out.
As we walk into reception Dani lifts her head up from the computer screen.
"Oh my gosh Cassidy! You look so grown up!"
"Thankyou!"
I follow Perri into the dance studio.
Suddenly music starts playing and disco lights turn on. Everyone jumps out shouting 'Happy Birthday!'.
"Omg!" I say putting my hands over my mouth. "What's all this?!"
"Just another birthday treat!" My dad says holding his camera.
"Thankyou." I say running over and hugging him, then my mum.
"And all you lot!" I say going over to the Diversity boys and hug them.
"Your welcome!"They say.
Ashley passes me a present.
"Just a little something!"
"Thankyou!" I say hugging him again.
I open it to find a baby blue polaroid camera.
"Wow! Thankyou!"
I place it on the table in the corner with all the other presents.
Everyone dances, I dance with Perri for most of the night. It was about 8pm when I checked my phone. I video the party and post in on my social media. Then all the lights go out and I see a small disco ball floating towards me. Everyone starts singing Happy Birthday and I see that it's actually my cake. Its so nice! I blow out the candles and everyone cheers. Perri's hands go around my waist from behind and he rests his head on my shoulder.
"Thankyou for such a good birthday!" I say placing my hands on his.
"That's okay babe!"
Everyone goes home at 10pm. All of my family, Perri, Ash and Jord stay to help clean up.
"Thankyou!" I say to my mum and dad.
"We're glad you enjoyed it!" My mum says.
My sister is going around on Ashley's back whilst hes cleaning up.
"Are you okay Ash? Just say if you want her to get off!"
"Na she's okay!" He says.
It's about midnight when I eventually get home. I carry my presents into my room. I take my makeup off and change into my pjs. I collapse onto my bed.
