Rosie is infected by a God of Decay with special fungal spores, the spores of the Menticide Mushroom, to infect Malak's relms with spores, or else she will rot. Having no choice, she goes along, infecting all the relms and making all the monsters into her mindless zombie slaves. Now, the Survivors, Cobalt, Malak, Ainsley, Penny, Bierce, one of the Reaper Nurses, Echo, and Destiny, must find a way to break Rosie's forced pact with the God of Decay to save their friends, or else everything they love and care about will ROT.
