What kind of change did First and Khaotung really envision? When the future that had been prepared in such a way by Khanapan was abandoned by First to live a difficult life with Khaotung.
In the name of love he said he would fight with anything, not knowing that Khaotung was fed up with his fight in the world of poverty.
But Khaotung began to not stand on his life principles, to be realistic.
His empty heart is now filled, his tiredness is strengthened, his loneliness is accompanied. Khaotung is lulled, intoxicated by the love in the air as if to say that they will be forever.

This is not about Khaotung's or Phayu's experience of being poor since birth, but about their mentality as 17-year-olds. Even adults can't stop complaining about how difficult it is as a lower-middle class, underground society.
Those who should be enjoying their youth have to fight with the adults. Fighting to have a little money, also fighting to fight all the envy of seeing peers hanging out carefree at cafes and roadside.

First was left alone at basecamp, a basecamp filled with kids who didn't dream big except for Phayu.
Now, First became one of them. A makeshift life, where you eat when there is food and sleep when you are hungry but there is no food.
Sounds simple to him.
Khaotung and he decided to stop going to school and focus on earning money, they also couldn't stay here forever if they planned to live hard together.

Khaotung has quite a lot of jobs, his experience working everywhere makes it easy for him to have many acquaintances to work with.
But even so, a modest salary with mounting debts will definitely not make Khaotung feel that his life is fine.
Now he also had to support  First who had just given up the title of a rich man's son.

"Haaah, what am I going to do today?"

First rested his head that had been thinking since he woke up this morning until noon. He looked up at the ceiling of the basecamp which was filled with newspaper cuttings and boxing magazines, obviously Phayu's creation.
He was grateful that Phayu was so dedicated to boxing, and he hoped the same for Khaotung and his guitar.
Thinking about the guitar Khaotung used last night, First just remembered that he kept it at Tay's restaurant.
The house must be hot right now because he ran away from home with Khaotung. Then, Tay and Newwie must have come looking for him along with Gawin and Podd, maybe Lee too.

Knock knock knock

First turned his head towards the Basecamp door.
His heartbeat beat faster, surprised while daydreaming as well as scared if it was Podd or someone else.
But First still went to the door and opened it slowly.

"What's wrong with you?" Asked Jack, one of Phayu's friends who also often stayed at the basecamp.

Jack then opened the door to Basecamp which happened to be his family's empty house.

"I thought-"

"Hey, First."

It turned out that Jack came with Tay, as his uncle sighed seeing First a little shabby because he was wearing Phayu's clothes. Naturally, Phayu didn't have a maid to make his clothes presentable and he never bothered to tidy up his clothes either.
It had only been one day, and Tay hardly saw any aura of wealth around First. He blended in well.

"Are you going to talk inside or outside?" Jack asked.

"Outside, it's less stressful."

Tay went down the stairs of the shack apartment, he would wait for First in his car.
First sighed again, then went inside his room to borrow Phayu's jacket too.
Neither Khaotung nor him, both of them really left without taking anything with them.
