"I didn't know what you'd like, so I made everything," a woman said as she placed a thing of pancakes down. Liyoo, his father's wife.

"Thanks," Jeongguk muttered as he sat down at the table.

There was his father, the woman, and four kids. Three girls and one boy. They looked like a beautiful family.

"Oppa! Do you like tea parties?" One of the girls asked.

"I've never had one."

"We could have one, next time you come over."

"That sounds okay," Jeongguk smiled.

"What time do you have to be at school?" His father asked, looking at his watch.

"Eight, but it's fine. I can wal—"

"Can you drive?"

"Yes."

"You can borrow one of the cars. I'm not letting you walk all the way to school. It's like an hour away from here. Besides, do you even have your stuff?"

Shit! They were at Hoseok's place.

"You can take one of the cars. It won't be a bother, and you can return it to Jimin's dad or something."

"I don—"

"You're taking the car, end of discussion."

Jeongguk sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

"Anything else you might need?"

... Oh!

"I have this paper. If you could sign it, that would be cool."

🤍

"Where the fuck did you go last night?!" Hoseok asked once Jeongguk came out of the bathroom.

"It's a long story. I just came to change and get my book bag."

"Okay, now for my next question. Who owns that car?"

"Is that really important?"

"Yes, yes it is."

"It's my dad's. I—"

"YOUR DAD?"

"Don't yell, but yeah. I spent the night at his place. He gave me one of his cars this morning and told me to return it later."

"Do you know what type of car you're driving?!"

"No... Why?"

"That's a fucking Bugatti! You couldn't have chosen a less expensive car? You should be lucky this part of town isn't bad, otherwise, someone might steal your fucking tires or something!"

"Yeah... Well, I should get to school. I'll see you later."

Jeonggukk grabbed his stuff and left, getting in the car and driving to school. Best believe he was extremely careful. He could only think of the worst, with every turn he made.

When he made it to school, he quickly got out and watched everyone look at him. A few girls even tried to talk to them, but he ignored them, going straight to his locker. There he found a young boy kicking the ground, waiting for him.

Jimin.

"Hey, are you even supposed to be here? You should still be at home restin—"

Jeongguk was interrupted by Jimin connecting their lips.

"My dad dropped me off since he deemed me okay. He said to text him if I needed a ride," Jimin stated, once he pulled away.

"Okay," Jeongguk managed to put out.

"Well, I should go find Taehyung in the parking lot. I'll see you in class?"

"Yeah."

Before Jimin walked away, he gave Jeongguk another kiss on his cheek, then quickly walked away, leaving Jeongguk stumped.

"Taehyung, where have you been?" Jimin asked once he spotted Yoongi's car. The strange thing is, Yoongi was nowhere to be found.

"Hey Min. Jiyong told me what happened, I'm so sorry that I wasn't there," Taehyung started, pulling Jimin into a tight hug

"It's okay, Jeongguk was there!"

"Still, I'm your bestfriend. I didn't even see your alert or your dad's phone call. I've been so busy lately and I haven't had a chance to sit and relax since that charity event."

"What's going on?"

"Yoongi and I told my parents everything that happened and they made Yoongi move in with us. He's still going to school, but I was helping him with his appointments and shit."

"That's good. You'll be with him all the time, then?"

"Yeah... I just can't believe Eun would do some crazy shit like that. He was supposed to be our friend."

"I know. I feel like it's my fault. Like I gave him the wrong signals or something."

"Jimin, you never did anything. You were just being you. He's the one who took it the wrong way."

"I know, but —"

"No, but, now let's get to class. "

"Okay, but why do you have Yoongi's car?" Jimin asked as they walked inside.

"I dropped him off at his classes. Gotta go and pick him up later."

"Well, I'm glad things are working out."

"Yeah, me too."

"Maybe I'm overthinking? What do you think?" Jimin asked while lying on his bed.

"You're overthinking," Jeongguk replied, sitting on the floor, leaning on the bed

The two were at Jimin's house doing some quick studying. The end of the year test was coming up and Jimin did not want to fail. Seeing as Jeongguk was one of the smartest kids in school, who better to study with. Taehyung would be over in a bit, since he had to go pick up Yoongi.

"Think about it, why would Alpha's need pheromone blockers? I mean, who wouldn't want to be an alpha?" Jimin asked.

"Some alphas do it out of respect. Some of them know their scent can be a pain to omegas, so they were it to help them out," Jeongguk replied.

"That sounds kind of nice. Especially at a party. Alphas are always trying to bother me with their scents, thinking I will fall right into their hands."

"Have I ever bothered you with my scent?" Jeongguk asked.

Jimin turned to look at him, a smile on his face, "Your scent has never bothered me."

Jeongguk went back to his book as blood formed into his cheeks.

"Um, are you going on the trip tomorrow?" Jimin asked.

"I don't know yet, are you?"

"Yeah, only because it will take my mind off some things."

"Are you feeling okay, since yesterday?"

"I'm still a little hot, but I can just take some medicine."

"Well, you don't have to go on the trip. Maybe you should rest, just to be safe."

"I'll think about it."
