Saturday night.

Every Saturday night seemed to always be the same routine for Kirah. It seemed like every Saturday night she was getting dressed up in her most beautiful dresses and heels to go to a fancy and expensive restaurant downtown.

Usually with men who's been in her dm's or men she'll meet just everyday in life. Being lonely and single did indeed get tiring so any chance at being outside or having any man's company, she was down for it.

Luckily it was earlier in the day and she was out for brunch.

Lately, for the past couple of weeks she's been having interest in and going on dates with this guy named, Daniel. Things has been going good between them which was weird for her because usually after the second date she tell whatever guy THE NEWS.

To them it's news but to her it's a piece of embarrassment. She was praying things go well with him not only because he was her third man to go on dates with this year so far but also because she actually really liked him.

It can go two ways right now.

Once he hears all that she has to say then he could continue to build something with her or he can let her down easily and walk away from the table.

Most of the guys in the past did the second option. And most times she didn't really get a good time to tell them. Men would question sex with her and then she'll just be honest and tell them why she can't do that.

So far the brunch was okay. It was very little small talk and that was mainly because of Kirah. She didn't know how to even start the conversation or a conversation in general. The little thing on her mind was weighting heavily.

She glanced at Daniel who was chewing on his French toast across from her. She didn't consider herself to have a type but somehow she always ended up on dates or having connections with lawyers, doctors, CEO's etc.

Daniel was very tall, chocolate brown skin low sharp haircut, and a pretty white smile. He was a CEO at Republic Records which she was sure made him six figures.

But aside from money, he was a family man. The two had talks about building a family one due with whoever they ended up with.

Moving and having a wedding.

But little did he know that it wouldn't be with her.
