~Chapter 20~

~Katsuki's pov~

I left the apartment, still in Izuku's slippers and went to the side walk. I sat on the curb and picked at my thumb. Someone sat beside me, I couldn't there face though.

"Do you have a lighter?" They held up a cigarette. I shook my head no and lit it with my quirk. I hated used it in a while to be honest. That's when I realized something was off. I looked towards the person but before I could get a glimpse of their face a hand was wrapped tightly around my neck. So I did the only logical thing in this situations, I kicked him in the dick. Which didn't end well for me.

I could feel the concrete skid across my face as he slammed it into the side walk. He stood up pressed his foot against my head. I moved my eyes to see Shigaraki, this is bad.

"what do you want from me?" I questioned. I was praying to god that Izuku would come out and help. But that was just false hope.

Shigaraki kicked me in the stomach and grabbed my hair pulling my head up to face him. I could just feel the burning sensation from the concrete on my face. I tried to blast his face off or something that could get me away, I think part of me gave up though. He slammed my head against the concrete and it all went black.

~Izuku's POV~

After I finished eating, I headed outside to make sure Kacchan was okay. But when I got out there he wasn't there. The side walk was somewhat blood stained. I started to panic. I looked around the entire area and couldn't even see any sign of him. At that point I called the police, because he is pregnant I really want to make sure this is taken of accordingly and properly and not heroically and shit.

After calling the police, I called Kirishima.

"Hey Midoriya. What's up?" He answered right away, I could hear others in the background of the phone call.

"Have you seen or been in contact with Kacchan in the last 30 minutes?"

"Hang on lemme ask everybody." there was only a little bit of murmuring then Kirishima began talking "Momo said she texted him less than a couple minutes ago to invite him out, and the only response she got was a 'Sorry I'm super busy', which it doesn't seem like he's super busy. Why do you ask?"

"We..Well we didn't argue he just got overwhelmed so he went outside and he's not here anymore but there is blood all over the side walk. He was stressing about the fact that Shigaraki was seen in our area, but I don't see any reason for him to take Kacchan." I bit my lip.

"It's the easiest way to get you to surrender." Kirishima whispered though the phone. That makes sense. All the dots were connected.

"Your right. Thanks, Kirishima." I hung up and headed back inside. I dug threw the closet and found my hero costume that had been remade and upgraded and all the fancy bits. I left the apartment and slid the key under the matt since Kacchan didn't grab his and just in case he comes back.

The police showed up and questioned people around the area but they didn't seem to see anything. The gathered samples of the blood from the side walk, it was indeed Kacchans. This was starting to scare me. Then my phone started to ring. It was Kacchan.

I swiped answer immediately, "Katsuki where are you? Are you okay?!"

"Well well, Deku. Maybe you should come to see for yourself. And surrender that quirk of yours." Shigaraki.

"I will never surrender."

"Then I will kill him. It's just that easy you know. He's not acting like a spit fire anymore. One slice to his neck and he could be lying dead on the floor if you don't get your ass over here this minute." I then got a text with a location ping.

"Fine. I'm on my way."

"Good." He then hung up. I looked at the police. I gave them the address and floated my wave towards it. It wasn't nearby at all. He was definitely going to use Katsuki against and I didn't even prepare to protect him. I should have known since he was never caught. But we will catch him this time.

I landed at the so called building he was staying at. He must like abandoned bars or something. I poked my head by the window and could see Shigaraki leaning over the counter spinning a bloody knife. I covered my mouth and looked around the room for Katsuki. He wasn't in that room. That means I can do whatever shit I want without harming him.

I bust threw the window and looked over at Shigaraki. He grinned at me. "Come on successor. Lets have a chat before you surrender." He stabbed the knife into the counter top. I just need to get shigaraki either killed or caught and then worry about Kacchan. I don't even want to worry about All for One at the moment since he's still somewhere.

"What do you want?" I sat in the bar stool across from him. He grinned and held out his hand.

"Give me all One for All. Then you can have Bakugo back. He's in awful condition though. Hopefully you like them mutilated-" I grabbed the collar of Shigaraki's shirt and made him look at me.

"If you even touched kacchan more than you did at my apartment I will fucking kill you with my bare hands right here right now." He looked at me and grinned.

"Well then I guess you better fucking kill me then don't you think." He shoved me off of him and I salmmed into the wall. I looked at him and just glared. I could feel my hands shaking with the anxiety. I'm praying to god that he didn't hurt kacchan or the babies. But I think gods having a bad day today.

Shigaraki sent some attacks from different quirks he must have gotten recently and they barely missed me. I inhaled and attempted to tie him up with black whip but he broke out. I lunged at him and hopped on his back and attemoted to snap his neck. That didn't work. He flung me off and I crashed into the bar wall. I could hear police cars coming this way.

As the sound got closer, I tried to attack Shigaraki to the best of my abilities to atleast demobilize him or figure out what will work. But As soon as the police got in, I saw aizawa use his quirk and relief fell over me. I fainted on the floor.
