By the time you were done ranting, it was about 8:00. And you were tired.
Toji has noticed this, and offered to drop you off at home.
"No, dumbass. It'd be very suspicious if you were to drop me off at home." You protested, rubbing your eyes.
"Well, I can't take you to my own house, now can I?" He rolled his eyes.
"Take me to Shoko's." You said, pulling out maps to show him the directions.
"Whose Shoko?" He asked, curiously.
"My best friend. Only she'd be willing to put up with my shit at this hour, aside from Satoru and Suguru. But live with their families." You said, as you tapped away at your phone.
"Satoru and Suguru?" He asked, again.
"My other best friends. The two dudes you saw at the beach. The girl with us was Shoko." You explained.
"Oh. So the white haired guy you fucked?" Toji said bluntly, causing you to choke on your spit.
"WHAT?" You said, eyes wide, as all signs of exhaustion disappeared from your face.
"I did not fuck Satoru." You said, scrunching up your face.
"Oh. Nevermind then, I just... heard someone at the beach house mention how you might've fucked him." He shrugged casually, as he successfully managed to clarify his doubt, while not outing Ayame.
You rolled your eyes.
"Probably someone from my house. They'd suggested back when we were teenagers that Satoru and I should get married, since he was from a well known clan as well, but we were against it." You sighed, shaking your head.
"Why were you against it? Wouldn't it be beneficial for you?" He asked, clearly showing how he was a bit of an idiot.
"Cause he's my best friend, who I don't love romantically." You explained, not wanting to make the older man sound more stupid than he appeared right now.
"Some people from the clan, still happen to ship us though, unfortunately. Anyway, here's the way to Shoko's house." You said, handing your phone over to Toji.
"You... do know how to use a phone right?" You asked sarcastically.
Toji scoffed, taking the phone away from your hands.
