about an hour after lunch, the coach called us down.

we were going swimming in the hotel's pool.

i didn't know how to swim.

i liked the water though

i still changed into my two piece swimsuit and threw on a t-shirt

i breathed in the smell of chlorine before walking over to the edge

as i sat down and could see jimin in the water

my eyes trailed down her body

i couldn't take my eyes away from her

and then she looked over at me, and started swimming towards me

"are you going to get in?" she asked, her arm grazing my thigh

"uh, no" the water dripped down her neck

i felt amazed that someone looked so perfect.

"i could see you eyeing the water, get in."

"i can't, i-" i stopped for a moment, unsure what to say as an excuse

"you can't swim?"

what the fuck?? how did she know?

"i can swim, im really good at swimming, i actual-"

"show me? unless you can't" she teased, cutting me off.

i didn't want to look like an idiot infront of her again.

i tossed off my shirt before lowering myself into the water

the water was only up to my shoulders but i freaked out internally

"okay, now that you've seen me in the water, i'm going to get out."
i turned to get back up but jimin grabbed my wrist

"i'll teach you how to swim." she grinned at me

"i know how to swim-!" i protested

she only rolled her eyes in response

then dunked me under the water.
