Candy Sweet(Finn x Dottie)❤️

This was a request from @littlemonkeytoes, who wanted to see a Romantic oneshot with Finn and Dottie. This one might be a little short(and/or lazy), so yeah... 

Finn (Thought): Well, it's finally done. Took me a bit longer than expected but the chocolates are finally done! I'm just hoping she likes them...

Finn P.O.V: I place the candy in a pastel blue box, then tie a pink ribbon around it, finishing it with a bow. I put the parcel in my bag and head out and down the block with a smile. But as I turn the corner, I hear an all too familiar voice, with causes my smile to turn to a frown.

???: Finn! There you are! I've been looking everywhere for you!~

Finn: *sigh* Sorry Annie, I'm kinda in the middle of something-

Annie: *she starts hugging him from behind* Come on, you know you could never turn your back on me.

Finn: I already told you, I have to go. I don't have time for this...

Annie: *notices the bag* What's in there? Something for me?~

Before he could even say anything, Annie yanked his bag from him, pulling out the candy meant for Dottie.

Finn: Hey- Give that back!

Annie: Why should I? I mean, it is for me, isn't it?~

Finn: *snatches the candy and his bag back* No it's for Dottie! Now leave me alone!

With that, he walked away. Annie attempted to run after him, but she stopped herself and grinned to herself. "She probably won't even like them..." she thought.

After a couple minutes, he made it to his old restaurant. Dottie, who was cleaning her station, noticed him enter and immediately ran to him and hugged him.

Dottie: Finn! I missed you!

Finn: Heh... I missed you too.

Dottie: Wait- what are you doing here?

Finn: Oh uh... I wanted to give you this...

He took out the box of sweets and handed it to her, which Dottie opened and as soon as she did her eyes lit up.  He had made her favorite chocolates from scratch, from semi sweet to milk caramel.

Dottie: Oh Finn, these are beautiful. Thank you!

Finn: *blushing* You're welcome... well I should probably get going.

Dottie: *she gives him a sad look* You're leaving already?

Finn: Dottie, you know this... I can't stay here. Plus, God knows what would happen if Pete or Boss sees me...

Dottie: O-okay but one more thing...

Finn: Yeah what is it- mmm!

Finn was interrupted by Dottie kissing him. He kissed back before he separated himself from her.

Dottie: Promise you'll come back?

Finn: I promise.

And with that, he left her with a kiss on her cheek. Neither had even noticed that Pete had secretly been watching them with a small smile.

A/N: Alright so... I'm just gonna say that I don't really ship Finn x Dottie. Not that I hate the ship or anything, but to be honest I see the two of be more like siblings. But if you guys like this ship, I don't really mind. Y'all can ship who you wanna ship as long as it's not illegal! Anyways I hope you enjoy this. (Again, sorry if it's lazy...)
