Alone, the Doctor stood in the console room as he examined the Adipose pendant through a magnifying glass. "Oh, fascinating." he said as he remained oblivious to Echo's silent approach from behind him. "Seems to be a bio-flip digital stitch, specifically for--" then instantly fell silent when he noticed his beautiful lover's outfit. Everything about her was mesmerizing and very much distractingly alluring. He could barely think of anything long enough to focus on, to which caused him to internally flounder for proper words. "Y-you-- Er--... Your-- You are--"
She giggled with severe amusement as she felt her confidence increase. "I love you, too." and gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "Now, have you found anything from the pendent? And if so, are you ready to go?"
"Oh... Uhmm, well... I did find something, so we can go when ever you want." As he spoke, his mind refused to think of anything but her gorgeous fishnet covered legs, the pleasing way her clothes were worn and accentuated her alluring curves. But her smile? He felt overwhelming awe and nervous giddiness, the same he felt at the very beginning of their relationship. No matter how long or how much time they spent together, his inexplicable attraction to her every detail never faded in the slightest. In fact, it could only grow; not that he thought it even possible with how much he already felt.
Not wanting anymore time to pass, she excitedly moved to the console. "Alrighty, off we go, then." and got to work in getting them to the correct time and place.
After arriving and as they left their beloved Tardis, they passed by a blue parked vehicle and headed straight for Adipose Industries' rear entrance. Though, instead of walking anywhere deeper in the building, they went into a small storage room and locked the door behind them with the sonic screwdriver. "Well, looky here. I have you all to myself. Whatever will we do?" he said with a playful smile and pinned her lovingly to the wall.
She bit her bottom lip as desire swiftly swelled within her. "I think I can come up with a few ideas." and eagerly pulled him into a passionate, all consuming kiss.

Many hours later, after all workers had gone home for the night, a dishevelled Echo walked out of the small room with a grinning Doctor just behind her. "Well then. I never knew you could be so flexible, my little minx." he said with a chuckle of satisfied enjoyment.
She couldn't help but smile up at him. "With you, anything is possible." She then held his hand and began their journey towards the roof.
In less time than they expected, they were on the roof and using a window cradle to spy on Miss Foster's office. Their goal was to obtain as much helpful information as was possible. Though, the moment they stopped moving, they both had to duck out of sight as a group of people came walking in. "Babe, stethoscope." Echo whispered as she put in her own airpod like listening device into her own ear, causing him to do as told.
"You can't tie me up." the only other woman said in outrage, completely unaware of the true danger she was now in. "What sort of a country do you think this is?"
Miss Foster smirked as she watched her carefully. "Oh, it's a beautifully fat country. And believe me, I've traveled a long way to find obesity on this scale." she answered with amused honesty.
Penny, the science correspondent for the Observer, decided to try her luck. "So, come on then, Miss Foster. Those pills. What are they?"
"Well, you might as well have a scoop, since you'll never see it printed. This is the spark of life." she said smugly as she showed a single capsule.
"And what's that supposed to mean?" Penny demanded in severe confusion.
"Officially, the capsule attracts all the fat cells and flushes them away." she began matter-of-factly. "Well it certainly attracts them. That part's true. But it binds the fat together and galvanises it to form a body."
Penny stopped struggling with her bonds with different and more intense confusion hitting her relentlessly. "What do you mean, a body?"
The blonde woman smirked, enjoying her given authority to the highest extent. "I am surprised you never asked about my name. I chose it well." she practically taunted. "Foster. As in 'foster mother'. And these are my children."
Testing his luck with curiosity taking over, the Doctor slowly peaked through the window to get a look at the shown creature. "You're kidding me. What the hell is that?" Penny demanded in bewilderment.
"Adipose. It's called an Adipose. Made out of living fat. From ordinary human people." she explained further, loving the chance to talk of the truth. To which is the downfall of genius. It's only genius if there is an audience.
Just then, the traveler became extremely shocked. "Donna?" he asked with wide eyes.
Echo immediately popped up to see what he had already. The moment she laid eyes on the beautiful redhead, her grin was completely unretainable. "Oh, hell yeah." she muttered with growing excitement. For she had genuinely missed the woman and her fiery personality.
As the Doctor and Donna had a lip reading conversation, Echo noticed that the blonde woman noticed their oblivious interaction, she shrugged at her with a thumbs up. Only when the other two had noticed her watchful gaze did she speak. "Are we interrupting you?"
In response, the brunette woman used her fingers to say "A little." Thinking quickly, Donna ran as he soniced the door's lock. Seconds after, he quickly raised the cradle back up to the roof. Once free, the incredible couple sprinted away towards the stairwell to find their friend. To which didn't take them long at all.
The moment they reached each other, Donna pulled them both into an excited embrace. "Oh, my God! I don't believe it. You've even got the same suit! Don't you ever change?"
Echo burst out laughing fondly. "Oh, how I've missed you, the magnificent Donna Noble." She then took her hand into her own and had them hurry away back up to the roof. "And we're off!"
On their way up, Donna explained all that she had done to find them again. "Because I thought, 'How do you find Echo and the Doctor?' And then I just thought, 'Look for trouble and then they'll turn up.' " The Doctor locked the roof door and sprinted over to the cradle's controls. "So I looked everywhere. You name it. UFO sightings, crop circles, sea monsters. I looked, I found them all. Like that stuff about the bees disappearing. I thought 'I bet they're connected'. Because the thing is, I believe it all now. You both have opened my eyes. All those amazing things out there, I believe them all. Well, apart from that replica of the Titanic flying over Buckingham Palace on Christmas Day. I mean, that's got to be a hoax."
Echo shook her head with a happy smile. "Actually, that did happen. We prevented what damage we could." she informed kindly.
"What do you mean, the bees are disappearing?" the Doctor then asked with obvious confusion by such a fact.
The unique human woman shrugged. "I don't know. That's what it says on the internet. Well, on the same site, there was all these conspiracy theories about Adipose Industries and I thought, 'Let's take a look.' "
After having tampered with the controls, he soniced the whole thing and motioned for them to get into the cradle. "In you get." he said and gestured to help them in following his lead.
"What, in that thing?" Donna said in a tone of disagreement.
"But of course, m'lady. Come along." Echo encouraged as she, too, hopped in.
Hesitantly, she walked up the steps to follow along. "But if we go down in that, they'll just call us back up again." she pointed out, hating the thought of doing something so dangerous.
