After the broadcast ended, Synix still couldn't believe what happened and she gave a slight glance to her final opponent in the whole competition, Luca.
She gently gulped her fear back into herself and couldn't get herself together before Luca walked to her. "Crap, I am facing her? No way! This must be something wrong with the final results right? There's no way I am facing her,"
Soon, Luca came towards her and told Synix she wasn't expecting to be facing her afterwards. "You know, I thought I will be facing someone by the end of this round, but I wasn't expecting it to be you,"
"Well, to be fair, I am also having the same thought like you too. In that case, let's treat it as a space for improvement then," Synix modestly said. "We can see what we should learn from this round,"
"Right...well I will see you tomorrow then," Luca quickly brushed off the topic.
"See ya," Synix said her goodbye to Luca before turning to herself. "I think this is God's arrangement to the both of us to see who is better huh?"
"What are you mumbling about?"
Synix suddenly heard Luca talking to her and turned her head around. "Well, its really nothing. I am just thinking of something else, like what I should prepare and so on,"
"Ah I see, go get some rest. You need to prepare on that," Luca walked to the exit.
"Well, I hope this is going to end well," Synix looked at Luca who is walking to the exit.
The next day, everyone rushed to the kitchen for breakfast before realizing someone is missing. While eating her breakfast, Fiona wondered: "Wait, I feel someone is missing,"
"Is it Nora? Well, I can guarantee you that the 5 alarms were activated while I am changing my clothes," Priscilla told them.
"You woke up in any of her alarms?" Nari asked.
"Nah, I just wake up naturally today. Nothing much to explain about since I just slept early last night,"
"Well, if that's the case, we will have to watch it without her then,"
Meanwhile, Nari and Fiona continued making breakfast for Nesby since she is still sleeping. In the meantime, they finished their breakfast and washed the dishes before rushing to the sofa and wait for the broadcasting time.
Fiona saw all of them rushing to the living room, wondering if there is something from the competition that made them excited. In the meantime, the huge and loud stomping sounds woke Nesby up to which she was confused.
"What is going on? Is there some sort of earthquake or something? Why is there so much loud noises all of the sudden?" Nesby woke up confused.
Despite the confusion, she still went to the kitchen after cleaning herself. She saw Fiona, who is still cleaning the kitchen and asked what happened.
"Well, they are catching up to the newest competition," Fiona explained everything to Nesby.
"This early?" Nesby said. "But it's just 8am,"
"I am not so sure why do they set this finale so early, but this only shows how excited they are for the finale," Fiona continued.
"If that's the case, I am just going to have my breakfast right now," Nesby heads into the kitchen to grab a spreading knife, strawberry jam, a plate along with some white bread. Then, she sat down and opened the lid before scooping some strawberry jam and spreads it onto the bread.
Then, Nesby folds the bread in half before putting the dirty knife into the sink. As she brings the plate out, Fiona wondered where is she going.
"I am heading to the living room,"
"To watch the competition?" Fiona wondered.
"Yea," Nesby then walked out of the kitchen.
"Well, this is so off for Nesby," Fiona was confused. "But at least she is still spending her time with the rest,"
