After dying in the fire, Sammy's soul was split in two, the good (Sammy and Sylvie) and the bad (Jake and Jack). Jake was sent to Hell for all the misdeeds him and Jack have done. With help from the Princess of Hell, he created a special punishment for William. (UCN)

A split personality of Sammy. He went to Hell to punish William and to make sure Sammy gets into Heaven.
With help from Charlie Morningstar, he created a place to punish William. He even got a job at I.M.P. to help earn money/satiate Jack's needs. He seems to be ok with his fate, he even managed to find someone who truly loves him and not just Sammy. Unfortunately, it became awkward because she used to date his boss.
He owns a map of the building of Afton's punishment with figures of animatronics that he controls. He even has extras that he combines.
He is more open of his insecurities of being a personality of Sammy.

The personification of Sammy's schizophrenia. He has kind of mellowed out a bit after the torture of William Afton, but not a lot. Although, he fears that the extremely violent energy might manifest in some shape or form.
One of his favorite hobbies besides the torture of Afton is flirting with Verosika, because he knows how much it annoys Jake. Jake even sometimes briefly takes control just to slap him.
Jack, pinning Verosika to the wall: Well, hello pretty lady. Verosika: Hello, Jack. Are you gonna do anything, or just embarrass Jake? Jack: A little bit of both.
