After getting done with junior year of high school, June and Lily are finally able to plan the vacation they've wanted to plan all year long. A trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Both girls have always wanted to go on a vacation together, and they finally get to do so.
At June's house, Lily lays on June's bed, looking through Pinterest to find the perfect outfit inspirations for their trip.
Lily gets up quickly and sprints over to June's desk where June is sitting working on a job application.
"Girl, look at this!! Isn't this green top with these white shorts so cute!?" Lily says with a raised, excited tone.
June grabs her car keys,
"We need to go shopping, like now."
June and Lily both run down the stairs to leave.
"Girls, where are you going?" Morgan asks them quickly.
"Shopping." June and Lily both said at the same time, then they left.
They look at the inspiration outfits they liked off Pinterest and try to find replicas in the mall.
Once they both got all their outfits, they go home and start to pack, playing music in the background.
At this point, it is now 9:30pm and they are meant to leave Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they live, around 4am. The drive from Tulsa to Myrtle Beach was 16 hours. Driving was the best they could do, a plane would be a bit much. Also, driving would give both girls the bonding time and the experience of going on a road trip together.
"Well, I'm super excited for our trip in the morning, Junie!!"
Lily says whole opening June's window.
"Me too, we're going to have a blast."
She replies.
After their goodbyes and such, Lily climhs through the window, across the tree, opens her window and goes in her house.
'What am I meant to do, I can't sleep and I'm the one that's going to be driving... Lily can barely drive.'
June thinks to herself as she sits at her desk in front of her laptop, still on the screen of the job application.
She aggressively shuts her laptop, and walks to her bed and plops down. In her own world of thoughts, imagining all the fun they will
