"So... I'm ready," I wouldn't stop messing with my fingers.

"What do you mean?"

"Matt, I mean, I fucking love you and I can't imagine myself without you," I kind of smiled.

"Oh," He started to smile.

"Oh?"

"Yea," He lifted my chin and kissed me.

I straddled myself on his lap and kissed him again, as Matt snaked his arms around my waist.

"MOMMY!" I heard Leah from the from door.

I got up quickly and ran to her.

"LEAH!" I hugged her tightly, then gave my brother a hug.

"She was amazing, the entire house loved her," He grinned.

"You took my kid to a frat house?" I raised an eyebrow.

"NO. NO I DIDN'T. They came to my apartment, nothing bad, just hung out, I promise your child was around no danger," He got scared.

"Don't worry, I know you would never put her in danger," I nudged him.

"Oh hey Matt!" My brother yelled, as Matt came into the foyer.

"DADDY!" Leah ran and clung to his legs.

"FLOWER!" He picked her up and I smiled.

"So, Matt's here," My brother whispered to me.

"He is, glad you have vision," I smirked.

"So?"

I just nodded in response and saw a smile form on my brother's face.

"I knew it would happen again," He murmurs.

"Shut up," I rolled my eyes.

"Why's daddy here!?" Leah grinned at me.

"Him and mommy were hanging out," I smiled.

"Can we make a cake tonight? For grandma's birthday just like last year?" She asked.

My brother put his hand on my shoulder, and I just nodded and put on a fake smile.

"We sure can! I'm sure she would love it," I grinned.

"Alright, well, my flight is soon, I love you, and I'll see you back in Boston," My brother smiled and gave me a big hug.

"Alright, I love you," I hugged him back tightly.

"Leah I'm leaving!" He grinned at the little girl.

"BYE BYE I LOVE YOU!" She hugged his leg tightly and then clung to me.

"Is daddy staying to make cake?" Leah asked.

"I don't mind," I smiled.

"Then I will stay," He grinned at his daughter.

"Yay!" She ran into the kitchen.

"Thank you," I whispered.

"What have I said?" He kissed the side of my head.

I smiled to myself, then pull up a cake recipe on my phone. I then started getting all the ingredients out of the pantry. Matt was making Dahliah laugh causing me to smile because my favorite thing was to see her happy, especially with her dad. Maybe one day this could be every night, them being around each other constantly.

"You ready to start?" Matt tickled Leah and she giggled.

"YES! I got this mommy, just watch," She grinned at me and I took a step back.
