The Spirit Flower

SEVENTEEN

The stars could be seen in the sky, but they slowly faded as clouds surrounded the air. As the carriage went through the forest. They were stopped by two armed men with bows and a sword as they slowly got to the location. "What are you doing here? Don't you know this territory?"One of the guys said. "We were lost from the path as werewolves were chasing us. And this was the only path we saw. We mean no harm." Chan said in a panicked voice trying to fool them with his act. One of the other guards went and looked inside and when he saw Taehyung and Jimin he said. "Look what we have here! hehe, you don't mind it if we have some fun." But then he felt a hand on his shoulder. "Those are ladies, not for your entertainment." Jungkook said as the guard laughed and said. 

"What are you going to do about it?" He was not scared of some mere guard. "You will see..." Jungkook said. "Alright let them go! We have better things to do." The other guard said as the guard tsked and walked away. As they went further they stopped and covered the whole carriage. "Jungkook you will pretend to be hurt so me and you can go in. Jimin and Chan will stage it here and make it look like we crashed. Taehyung you will flirt with them at the entrance." Yoongi explained and they all went on their ways.

P.O.V Felix

Blood splattered on the floor, he was dehydrated and very tired. The last time he fell asleep he got a cold bucket of water all over himself by one of the guards. "I will never--- tell you!" Felix yelled as another slap was received he groaned as he almost didn't feel the pain anymore. "You think that you are so tough!" Hyunjin said as he paced through the room with the whip in his hand. "Boss! There are two people in front of the base. One is hurt and they said there were beasts near the base as well." A guard said who entered the room. Hyunjin licked his lips and sighed as he turned around and walked towards the entrance. "Let's go!" 

As he got to the door he spotted them one wounded by the stomach groaning a lot. "And who are they?" Hyunjin said as he looked down. "2 guards from a carriage nearby, they go attacked, we also found this lovely lady." Taehyung stood there flirting with a guard as he put his attention back to Hyunjin. "Well look at this snack." Taehyung said as he walked towards Hyunjin. He touched the chest of Hyunjin hoping the other would buy it, and not blow his cover. "Well look at you, gorgeous. Okay fine let them in.." He said as he was touching Taehyung's waist licking his lips. Jungkook looked at the other almost wanting to kill the other then and there. As they saw Hyunjin walk away Jungkook and Yoongi blacked out two of the guards without any sound. Jungkook was now all healed up again so they went down towards the basement, as they walked near a door the awful odor of death went by them. 

He opened the door hoping it wasn't Felix and was met with a woman in the corner of the room. As she was clearly dead she was blue almost white with her eyes open. "Let's move because this is gross." Yoongi whispered as they moved on to the door in the back. They blackout two more guards that were in front of the door. As they opened the door they were met with Felix chained up hanging from the ceiling only touching barely the floor. He was unconscious and blood dripped down his face. "Felix.." Yoongi whispered not wanting to let their cover blow. He got the other down and tried to open the chains. As Jungkook was watching the door. Jungkook wasn't buying it he felt like something was going down. "Im going to check on Taehyung." Jungkook said. "Wait but I can't go alone out." Yoongi said and Jungkook understood he was right. 

Jungkook and Yoongi took off with Felix on Yoongi's shoulder as they got out of the building. "I need to go back." Jungkook said not feeling great, he was sure something was going to happen. Before Yoongi could say something back Jungkook already was back in. He walked through the halls to where Hyunjin went, he opened every door on his way and knocked out anyone out in his way. Until he saw a door open and Taehyung was chained to the bed. "Gosh, you are a gorgeous lady.." He heard Hyunjin say. He felt that Taehyung was scared so he busted in the room. "Let him go!" Jungkook said as he got his knife. 

"See I knew you looked familiar, It's the all-mighty hero. Who thinks he can save his little prince." Hyunjin said as he turned around. "Don't you remember me?" He said and laughed at it too. And then it clicked the voice the way he talked. "How? Are you here?" Jungkook said as his eyes now glowed red. "Calm down dragon, you aren't the only one with powers." Hyunjin said as his eyes glowed yellow. "I just need him back, and we will leave." Jungkook said as he looked the other in the eye. Taehyung was shaking from thought what did he hear, Dragon? "I'm not here to fight yet, but I will see you another time dear." Hyunjin said as he walked off disappearing. 

Jungkook wanted to run after the other but his concerns were more on Taehyung he unlocked the chains and asked. "You okay?" Taehyung was truly a bit shaken up by the whole scene just now. He just wanted a hug, the warmth of another was just what he needed. He leaned in and hugged Jungkook tight. The other returned the hug by putting his hand on the other's back. Taehyung felt so safe here, he just wanted to stay like this forever. "I'm okay now thanks..." Taehyung softly said as he wanted to go and see how Felix was doing. Jungkook helped Taehyung up as they walked out of the shed. The rest weren't that far and they regrouped again by the hidden carriage. 

"How is he doing?" Taehyung asked as they arrived worried about how his friend is doing. "Not in a great shape but he will be fine." Yoongi said as he was putting bandages on Felix. Chan was holding Felix's hand tight. They put him in the carriage carefully. "We should go back, come with us." Taehyung asked Jungkook secretly hoping the other agreed. "That guy will come back, so I have no choice." Jungkook said and hopped in as well. Taehyung had many questions about what had happened there in the room. Is Jungkook a dragon? That is the only thought he was on as they went back.
