My name is Bae Hee Byul. I'm a 17 year old high school student. I'm not popular and I only have one friend. He doesn't go to the same school as me and I never get to see him but we talk everyday. I met him in a chat room online and we instantly become friends.
Today I'm going to my new school for the first time since moving to Seoul. This will be the first time I've been to a performing arts school in my life. To be honest I just went to the audition because my mom told me to. I've never thought of myself as a good singer. I always thought my mom was just lying to me. But when I sang She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5 the teachers were so impressed they stood up and clapped.
The school is just a 15 minute walk from my house so I don't mind going to the school. The other schools were so far I would have to take the bus.

I pull my phone out of my jacket pocket and check my messages.
JJ: I hope you have a great first day at school and remember to smile! I know you never smile haha but it's the first day. Make a great first impression. Fighting!
HB: There's no reason to smile but I'll do my best.
I turned my phone off and stepped through the school gates and headed for my locker that was given to me on the day of my audition. On my way to my locker I noticed that like always I was to late to join in on the groups so I kept to myself.
As I was putting my bag away I heard a bunch of girls giggling and squealing as they ran toward the entrance. I turned to see a tall and handsome boy walking through the door. He had soft and shiny black hair, a sweet smile and kind eyes. And his walk showed he knew just how good looking he was.

My heart began to beat faster as I watched him walk down the hall in my direction.
"Looks like I've already gotten a crush at this school."-Hee Byul
I slap my checks lightly and turn back to my locker an resume getting ready for my first class. I hang my jacket in my locker and shut the door. As I turn around I run right into someone and start falling back into the lockers. I shut my eyes tightly waiting for the impact when I feel a pair of arms wrap around me and pull me forward. I slowly open my eyes to see the boy that just made my heart race, holding me against his chest. I blush and instantly push him away before bowing in apology and rushing off.
As I was running away I noticed all the girls glaring at me. Great start to my first day at school.
