My heart was uneasy.
I looked at the clock and it was I in the morning.

I got up and went to get a glass of water down the stairs.

I came back up and saw the lights on. I could see it under from the under crack on his door.

I went inside his room and saw him all dressed up. Packing things in his little trolly that he bought home with him.
I asked, "Han, what are you
doing?"

He stopped and turned
around to look at me. His eyes
were red.

Why was he crying?
He said "I'm getting ready to
go back"

"Go back where, honey?"

"Back to the orphanage."

"What?!"

I felt jungkook's hands on my
shoulder from behind..

Jungkook asked, "han , why are
you going back there?"

He shrugged and said " Because mommy will have another baby. I've
learned it from the orphanage and sometimes the adopted parents give children back there."

Taehyung kneeled in front of him and said: "Who told you that?"

"Gracie. A girl in the
orphanage. Her sister was
adopted and then the parents
got a new boy. So, they gave
her back"

THIRD PERSON POV

Tears were in her eyes.
he held onto his tiny shoulders. Jungkook kneeled beside him.

Tae said " han, you're my son. My honey. And there's no power in the world that could make me send
you back. You're not Kim han ji anymore. You're jeon Han ji . Our son. And we're your parents. You understand that?"

He started crying and said, "I
thought you guys will give me
away."

Jungkook wiped his thick tears
and said " han we would never do that. We love you too
much."

Taehyung looked in his eyes and said "I'm your mother. Okay, honey? And the next baby, boy or girl will be your brother or sister and you will protect the baby. You understand me. Like a brother, you'll protect it from everything bad. Okay? Would you like to be a brother, baby?"

He nodded his head quickly and wiped his tears asking "You promise that you won't give me away?"

Taehyung said, "I would die than give you away."

Taehyung pulled his tiny body on
to his chest. Hugging him
tightly.

Jungkook hugged both of them.

After all the hugging and telling him that he will stay with them forever, he slept with a smile on his face.

Taehyung walked into their room. And jungkook was already in bed waiting for him.

he climbed on him,
straddling him and lying on
his chest.

He cupped his face and
asked, "You okay?"

Tae broke into a cry and rubbed his chest saying " My heart hurts. He thought we'll give him away. That I'll give him away. I would never do that."

"Baby, I know. We would never. We love him"

"I really do."

He wiped his tears on his cheek and said "I can't wait, honestly. I can't wait to be a father again. I can't wait to see them both grow up into someone beautiful. And I promise I'll give them the love of a father that I never had and I know you'll do that too. Give them the love of a mother that we could never
have"

he smiled and hugged him. Tae's head in his chest and his arms wrapped around tae's . He kissed on top of his head and spoke "The nightmare Is over. It's time to live with happiness".

Tae smiled and said "I love you"

"And I love you"

He kissed him again.
