Izuku now sat infront of Y/N in his mindscape, it had been a week since the entrance exam and his nerves were getting the best of him. "What if we failed? What will we do after then! What will I Do after this?" He clearly hadn't rhought this through, he didn't sign up for any other school except UA and he was starting to regret it.
His guest however was less than happy about that, "Well excuuuuse me! Last I checked I did all the heavy lifting during the practical!" Y/N yelled pressing his index finger onto Izuku's forehead aggressively. "Also, are you doubting my power!? I'm a God for goodness sake!"
Izuku still didn't believe Y/N's god claims but it was definitely reasurring to hear his arrogant tirade.
While neither would ever say it to each other's face, they had gotten closer, probably because they were kinda stuck with each other.
They were interrupted however when Izuku's mother came running through the door with a letter in hand.
"Izuku! Izuku it's for you! It's a letter from UA!" She yelled gasping for air after such a panicked run.
Izuku snapped out of his trance and quickly took the letter, for a few seconds he simply looked at it in anticipation and nervousness. "I-is, is it okay if I see it with you?" Inko asked politely, she felt as though she didn't deserve to ask him that with how many times she'd failed him but she couldn't help it.
Izuku smiled towards his mother, "Of course you can, your my mom afterall." Izuku walked to his bed before open the letter.
Inside of the letter was a disk, at first he was confused until the disk turned on and a hologram appeared.
"I AM HERE, AS A HOLOGRAM!" ______________________________________
Our view now jumps to someone in a similar situation, he had blonde hair and blood red eyes, on his face was a constant scowl.
"YOUNG BAKUGO!" The hologram yelled. "YOU HAVE PASSED THE ENTRANCE EXAM WITH FLYING COLORS!" The boy named Bakugo scanned the list of both the written and practical, but much to his despair, he'd gotten second place in both.
"YOUR SCORE DURING THE PRACTICAL WAS IMPRESSIVE!" Despite the heroes loudness Bakugo could only focus on a single thing. The first place student
Izuku Midoriya.
His mom did tell him about Izuku being found and his newfound quirk, but he didn't believe the latter. Well now he had no choice but to believe it because it was the only reasonable explanation for his score.
That damned Deku had scored 112 robot points which was leaps above his 72 points, but to add insult to injury he also got 60 rescue points totalling as 172 points total.
He didn't just score higher.
He'd won by a landslide.
Despite All Mights words of encouragement to Bakugo, they were all drowned out by an anger, a seething hatred.
