Chapter 7
UNEDITED
Oliver’s POV
After I chucked her the book, left and walked into the games room to be with my friends.
I could slowly feel the mate bond, the more I was around her. The need to be close to her and just touch her is so strong it taking everything out of me. The more I spend with her will the worst it gets, and soon it will be more then just wanting to touch her.
The good things is, she want feel these feeling until she knows I’m her mate or even a werewolf. The good thing, especially in this situation, the male feels the attraction first and then when they touch, that's when the female wolf feels the bond.
Yes I’ve touch Stella whiles she been here, but the first step is that she needs to know that she’s a wolf. And the way it’s going so far, that wont be for a while. The only thing she will feel is an attraction to me and that's it.
Stepping into the games room my four best friends were all in the games room mucking around and having fun, with bright smiles on their faces.
The four guys being the twins Chad and Tyler, Matt and my soon to be beta Mike. We have all known each other since we were in dippers, considering we’re in the same pack, but these four guys I could trust anything with.
Plopping myself onto the couch, I just watched Chad and Tyler fight it off on the PS3, play COD, with Mike and Matt watching as well.
Feeling my presence Mike turn to me from his bright smile, slowing turning into a frown.
“What’s wrong Ollie?” Mike asked using my nickname, concern written all over his face.
“You know the same old bro,” I said trying to act causally
“Dude we’ve been friends, what all our lives I can tell when your not telling the truth.”
I signed now having all the guys’ attention on me waiting for my answer. Not only worried for me as their friend, but as their soon to be alpha.
“It’s my mate guys, you know who she is and, I can feel the bond getting stronger and stronger each time I see her. I don't know what to do.” I said signing again. “Without her memory she’s a different person then what she is with her memory. But in saying that I would reject her if its best for the pack, but its hurt you know.” I said sadly looking towards the ground.
“Bro if you think she no threat, and you feel so strongly about her then I think you should go for it and see how it goes. Remember no matter what you guys will end up together.” Tyler said gently patting my shoulder while the others just nodded in agreement.
“I just don't know,” I said shaking my head not really talking to them but myself as well.
Stella’s POV
By the end of the day I had finally finished the book, it was a really stupid book as well. It was about some animal food chain thing and, supernatural beings. So now I am educated on everything, werewolves, vampires, fairies, elves you name it.
Every now and then someone would bring me food during the day. I would try and stop the person and try and escape again but, by the time I get up the person is already closing the door.
The door suddenly slammed opened revealing two men all dressed in black. They look like they would be suited for the army with their buff bodies and serious faces, and tell by their faces I do not want to mess with them.
The one on the left had dark brown hair with brown eyes, while the other had red hair with bright green eyes.
The one with the darker hair come up to me and grab my upper arm tightly, making me groan in pain. Tripping over a bit, from not walking in a while. The other guy with the red hair griped my other arm and dragged me out of the room.
“Where are we going,” I asked the curiosity getting the better of me.
They didn't even look at me, ignoring me they continue walking down the hallway and down the stairs. They brought me back to dinning room, with the three tables. Yet again the same people that were at the last meeting, are all sitting at the table.
The two guys pushed me into the seat I was sitting in the other day and, then left without saying a word.
“Stella there’s a few things, we need to talk to you about. So please listen carefully and please answer our question when we ask you them.” Oliver said almost pleading with me.
“Sure thing, but I don’t know much,” I said.
“Okay first things first. What did you think of the book we gave you?” he asked. Odd question.
“Uhmmm it was alright, I never knew fictional creatures could be so interesting. But it did take me a few more hours to read then I thought.” Everyone sitting around the table looked, at each other confused.
“Okay, why did it take you while?” he asked.
Should I tell him? The last time I told them about the visions, memory flashes thing, whatever they were, they just looked at each other with an unknown emotion. Is there any point telling them, or if I finally tell them about one of them, will they do something to me?
“Umm I don't know,” I said looking down.
“Stella, I know your lying, just tell us and, no harm will happen to you” he warned, but when I looked up in his eyes I could tell he doesn't want to hurt me.
“I had more memory flashes things,” I muttered under my breath.
“Stella can you please tell us what you saw” he asked gently. Him hand twitched a bit on the table. Looking like he wanted to touch or feel something.
“Umm It mostly happened when I was reading about werewolves, certain world would send of different scenes. For example when I first read the word alpha. I got an image of a man that had the same brown hair as me and green eyes, standing talk with authority written all over his face. He was giving orders to his beta, giving him orders. When I read Alpha female, I pretty much understood what it was but I got images of the same man, and an older looking version of me.” I stopped there, confusing clear on my face.
If the women and man look just like me does that mean they could be parents?
Tears started to prick my eyes, if they were my parents. Are they still alive? Are they all right, and why aren’t I with them at the moment?
But one thing that got to me the most was, does that me I’m a werewolf?
I hope you enjoyed this chapter: D
