As Todo interrogates Atlas, the latter still refuses to answer everything he knew about the Altare.
Todo: If you still refuse to answer my questions. I'll ask you something else different.
Todo: WHAT KIND OF WOMAN IS YOUR TYPE!? (yells in front of Atlas)
Atlas: Are you stupid or your brain's just empty as a rock? (laughs)
Todo: Those who doesn't have a type are boring people themselves like Fushiguro. Now answer me Atlas, what kind of woman is your type? If you still refuse to answer, I'll beat you up into a pulp.
Atlas: Try me...
Atlas proceeds to low blow Todo while the latter let his guard down because he underestimated Atlas due to his overconfidence of him being strapped with the replica of Black Rope during the interrogation and Atlas can't use his CT while being strapped in a chair because of the effects of the Black Rope replica where the cursed tool itself can negate CTs.
Atlas managed to use his physical prowess to escape.
Atlas was caught by Momo and Miwa but they got easily defeated by his attack that penetrates their soul not just the physical damage, thus inflicting a long lasting damage.
Flashback occured that they actually let Atlas escape so they could track the whereabouts of Commando.
Utahime: Todo, the Jujutsu High recreated the Black Rope cursed tool that was used in the Night Parade of the Hundred Demons back in 2017. It might be useful to strap up Atlas in the interrogation chair so he couldn't use his Cursed Technique during the interrogation.
Todo: Yes ma'am...
Utahime: If something happens, just let him escape so we could find Commando's whereabouts. We put some tracking device on him so once he escapes, then it wouldn't be hard to trace him.
Utahime: Nishimiya and Miwa, you'll be Todo's back up if Atlas escapes. Don't let your guard down girls.
Momo and Miwa: Got it ma'am!
As Atlas escapes with a vehicle that he carjacked, he proceeds to the location of the "Atlantis" that they're talking about in the earlier chapters. The Jujutsu sorcerers proceeds to follow Atlas from behind in order to track Commando's whereabouts.

•They strapped Atlas on a chair with a replica of Black Rope that Jujutsu High made years ago after the prequel series. The cursed tool that the school made is slightly weaker than the original Black Rope.
