The Airbnb they pulled up in front of was over-the-top, to say the least. It was picturesque, tucked away behind trees and bushes with a winding front driveway that led into a hidden courtyard. Gasps went up around the car as they caught sight of the beauty, and Mingi threw a water bottle in Yunho's face when the boy grinned at their reactions. "Show-off," he muttered.

Parking the car, San slid the passenger doors open, and they all climbed out, stretching their limbs from the four-hour drive and filing into the house. "How much did this shit even cost?" Jongho said, and Yunho simply shrugged. "Not enough to worry about."

Sliding into the living room, the group let out a collective gasp at the stunning layout; a fireplace crackled in the center, with plush couches decorating the middle and a soft carpet spread out on the floor. "This place is insane," Seonghwa said as he twirled around, grazing the fireplace with his fingertips.

"Ok, we love the view-" Mingi started as he waddled into the dining room with the bags in his hands, "-but you know what we love more? Food. Please, let's eat. I'm starving." "Ditto," Yeosang said, and the air warmed as they all headed into the (admittedly large) dining room. The aroma of different cuisines wafted into their noses as countless takeout boxes were opened, chopsticks and spoons clinking as they scrambled to find paper plates the original host had stashed away for them. Crowding around the table, heaps of food was piled onto plates while conversation flowed like wine, the topic jumping from gossip to the meaning of life in seconds.

Finally content and clutching their full stomachs, the boys finally quieted to just a few whispers, feeling the effect of the tiring day behind them. Drowsiness was evident in their eyes.

"Ok, fellas," Hongjoong finally said, waking up an already snoring Mingi. "Let's do room assignments, shall we?" Murmurs rose up around the room before Hongjoong silenced them again, pulling out a deck of cards from his small purse. "No fighting; we're going to do this the old-school way. Room roulette, if you will. Everyone pick a card-" He stood up from his chair and let the others grab one from his hand as he took a walk around the room, "-and whoever's matching gets to be in the same room. Simple as that"

As all the cards were revealed, everyone finally went back to the car to grab their bags before finding a room. Wooyoung was with Mingi, Yunho with San, Seonghwa with Jongho, and Hongjoong with Yeosang. The rooms were on the second floor of the house, and there were bathrooms in each of the four rooms plus an extra common one that they took turns using.

No one had any energy to do anything else; the beds were practically calling their names. So, with simple goodnights and minimal fights over turns to the bathrooms, everyone wobbled into their respective rooms and collapsed on their beds.
