" that star is called Adeline," he said, marking my name.

The drive to the mall was a comfortable silence between me and Tom, I was wearing a skirt again and I already expected that his hand never leave my thigh
he caressed it smoothly while his eyes were focused on the road
He was wearing his usual attire again, and the black silk bandanna wrapped around his forehead while he played with his lip ring.
It's been a few hours since we had breakfast together
I blushed when I remembered the memory I shared with Tom when we had showered together
He parked his car outside the mall while I leaned down and grabbed my white sneakers as Tom got out of the car and headed to my side.
He opened the door and to my surprise, he leaned down and took out his hand, which I got confused about
" let me help you," He said softly
i gave him the pair of my white sneakers as he gently grabbed my leg and pulled it closer to him. I blushed as he carefully tied the shoelace and when Tom was done
he stood and helped me get out of his car. He looked down at me and smiled back, placing a kiss on my forehead as he shut the door and we walked together inside the mall
for the first time, he didn't wear his scarf or sunglasses that would hide his identity in public. Instead
he looked happy and proud that he was holding my hands and we were walking together. It was lucky that there was no paparazzi around but I know he has tons of fans who would see us together
" Where do you want to go? " He asks and I look around the mall
" I-i want to buy myself a shoe, these sneakers are the only pairs I own " I explained
and looked down at the old white shoe that Enzo bought me
thinking about him made something inside of me grief again, but I snapped out of my thought when Tom pulled me with him
" come on, " He says, I pout at him.
I didn't know where we were going but after a while of walking, I saw that we were heading to a shoe store
A middle-aged woman greeted us nicely and there were many good-looking shoes on the shelf and display
" pick anything you want, princess " Tom says and stares at me
his stare again that looks at me like im his everything
He took a seat on the couch while he watched me pick some shoes I wanted
after a while a lady came up to me and helped me pick what I wanted, I sat beside Tom as we looked at what shoes matched me.
I can't pick what I want in the three pairs since they all look good and nice
" Do you want them? " He asks.
I was grateful that even though it took me half an hour to look around, Tom stayed and whenever I asked him what looked more on me, he smiled and told me that anything looked pretty on me.
How much, I appreciate his sweetness but I needed the real answers
"I don't know, I like these three " I murmured.
Then, Tom stood and looked at the lady
" We'll buy the three shoes," He said
the lady smiled and nodded before taking the boxes. I look up to Tom, shocked.
" you can't do that! " I protested, Tom looked down at me and laughs
" and why can I? " he asks cockily
I rolled my eyes at him and crossed my arm in his chest
" b-because I don't have enough money to buy them- "
" and who told you that you will pay for everything? I want to make this day for you, princess. Buy anything you want and let me spoil you " Tom says
cutting me off and pulling out his credit card from his wallet
When he paid for everything, I was going to take the bags but he got them first and smiled at me as we left the store
"Where do you want to go next? " He asks
Shopping with Tom was a nightmare, he brought me to every store in the mall and every time he was behind me, carrying a basket.
Whenever I look at things that I want but when I see the prices I just walk away, and without me knowing, he just grabs them and puts them in the basket. Following me like a little puppy
After an hour, I started to feel bad since his both hands were carrying the shopping bags
I tried to help him but Tom insisted that he wanted to do it for me.
When he loaded them in the back of his car, we both came back inside the mall.
I was walking while holding his hand, eating an ice cream that I bought for myself, then, to my confusion. Tom stopped in front of a beauty spa
" what are we doing here? Y-you're gonna get your nails painted? " I asked confusedly.
Tom looks down at me and laughs, shaking his head
" of course not, I want my princess to enjoy her time. This morning I booked an appointment at this spa. Massage, facial care, pedicure, and anything you want... I-im just gonna go to a tattoo shop and I'll wait for you when you did" He explains
It was the first time that Tom would leave me again since I got kidnapped. Tom became super protective of me and every time I wanted to go somewhere
he always stayed beside me or behind me. And sometimes it's a little bit annoying but I understand how protective he is
Tom leans down and places a kiss on my forehead while I enjoy eating my chocolate ice cream
"I'll be back, okay? " He said and also placed a kiss on my knuckles.
I can't help but not to giggle but I nod my head
"I know, now go and enjoy your time too, " I said
I tiptoed my toes and placed a kiss on his lip. I smiled and headed inside the spa
