Y/n 's pov
"DAD, LOOK OUT!" I say, my voice filled with panic.
But it was too late. The opposite car is going too fast when it collides with ours, causing it to make countless flips. When it finally stops, we are upside down. I quickly put my hand on my head where I feel a sharp pain. I touch a liquid and when I look back at my hand, I see red on it. "Shit, blood," I say under my breath. I don't spiral too much around this, though. My bleeding is not important right now. There's something else on my mind: my family. That's all I can think about at this moment. I just want to know if my family is okay.
I quickly look at my little sister. She is shaking like a leaf, and the worst is that I can't even reach her or hug her. However, she manages to say some words.
"Are Mom & Dad going to be, okay?" she asks with a weak voice and tears building up her eyes.
"I... I don't know, little angel."
She lowers her eyes and keeps crying silently before she speaks again.
"I am stuck, I can't move." I hear the panic in her voice.
"I know, baby..., I am too, but I am sure that help is on its way soon"
She slowly nods. I try to check on Mom and Dad. There's no answer when I ask how they are, but I can see they are both not moving
"Shit, this can't be happening," I mutter, feeling my eyes fill with tears.
A few minutes later, I hear the ambulance coming our way, and they help us all get out of the car. I see them put Mom and Dad on a stretcher. They have bruises all over them, and they are unresponsive.
I run to hug my little sister. She is still shaking and sobbing. She can barely stand on her feet, so I tighten my arms around her to make sure she doesn't fall.
After we pull away, we get on the ambulance next to Mom and Dad heading to the hospital.
I cry and hold their hands,"Please wake up, don't leave me, don't leave us," I murmur.
My little sister is sobbing over Mom's chest and holding Dad's other hand.
In about ten minutes, we get to the hospital. They, took Mom and Dad to intensive care, while a pair of nurses came to check on me and Luna. They quickly wipe off the blood on my head, but I stop them before they give me a bandage." I tell them that I don't need it, I feel fine. My sister doesn't have any visible injury except her legs being weak. The nurses fear she might have a concussion due to the impacts from the crash, except she won't let any of the nurses touch her. Just like me, she keeps saying that she's okay, but I can clearly see that she's not.
She cries out. "Leave me alone, I want to see Mom and Dad!"
I pull her into my arms.
"I am so sorry for that," I tell the nurses.
"No problem, we understand," one of them replies with a sad smile before leaving us alone.
"Shush, baby, it's okay. They are taking care of Mom and Dad. Breathe." I comfort my sister.
We pull away after a while, but as soon as I let go of Luna, she almost fell. Thankfully, I go back and catch her before she reaches the floor.
"Hey angel, are you sure you're okay?" I ask worriedly.
"I ... I feel ..." she starts, before she collapses in my arms.
"LUNA!" I scream., "Nurse! Someone! Help please!" I call out, tears in my eyes.
After what feels like forever, they come and take Luna to the intensive care unit.
Time skip
I have been pacing the floor for the past hour and there's still no news on any of my family members. I can't bear the thought of losing any of them. I really hope they will survive this. After a while of going back and forth, I decide to call my best friend Cecilia. I need her by my side, and she probably doesn't know we got into an accident. She is close to my family.
I dial her number, and it rings twice before she picks up
Phone conversation
Cecilia: Hey Y/N, it's the middle of the night, is everything okay?
Me (sobbing and sniffing): N...no, Lia, you have to come right now!
Cecilia (worried): Calm down, Y/N! What happened?
Me: Ww...we got in a bad accident, M...Mom and Dad are in intensive care. Luna collapsed in m...my arms like an hour ago, so they took her too. I ... I haven't got any news yet. Lia, I don't know what to do.
Cecilia (with a sad tone): Oh no... Okay, hold on sweet girl... I am on my way.
End of the Phone Conversation
13 minutes later, Lia is here so I run to her, and I break down in her arms.
Sabrina's Pov
I received a call from my sister Sarah an hour ago. Her boyfriend Peyton got in a car accident. God, I hope he is okay. I was busy in the studio, I just got off, so I am on my way to the hospital right now. I drive for about 30 minutes. I enter the hospital and go to the information counter. On my way, I see a gorgeous girl asleep with tears stains on her cheeks in a brunette girl's arms. The brunette is not asleep, but she hasn't seen me.
I wonder why the pretty girl was crying though, but gosh she's gorgeous. I already know she will be mine someday. That is, if she likes girls. I am pulled away from my thoughts by a nurse.
"Hi, Ma'am, how can we help you?" the nurse says.
"Yess, sorry, I am here to see Peyton Clark. He got here about an hour ago"
"Are you family?"
"Yess, I'm his stepsister" I nod.
"Perfect, follow me."
We keep walking until we get to Peyton's room., I hug my sister, and then I hug Peyton., Thankfully, he is okay.
"Thank God you're okay!" I say before I pull away.
"So, what did the doctor say?" I ask.
"I have a broken leg, and a few broken ribs, but I will be fine," Peyton says.
"That's good!" I hug him again.
Time skip 40 minutes later
I decide to go get some coffee. It's late, and we are going to spend the night at the hospital., I am staying for both my sister and Peyton.
"I am going to get coffee, do you guys want anything?" I ask.
"I'll just take some water," Peyton replies.
"And I'll take a coffee as well, thanks sis!"
"Okay. I'll be right back, guys."
little time skip (3 minutes)
On my way back, I see the two girls from earlier and a doctor going their way. I quickly hide behind a wall, so they don't see me. I don't want to intrude. I know it's none of my business, but I can't help to overhear what they are saying. I really wanna know why the gorgeous girl was crying.
