"Open the fucking door!!!"
My hands were shaking, my head was spinning, everyone was quite.I didn't know what to do.Let me tell you what is happening.Behind that door is Ms.Bennett.

She is the "leader" of your group I guess. She is the worst person I know. Ms.Bennett demands all our money. She says it's because of her we don't leave in streets. She I guess is a powerful woman, so after that officer said that they're going to check up on us, Ms.Bennett did everything she could to not let that happen.

She would beat all of us. Especially if we didn't bring anything back home. She would punish us by beating us or locking us in the creepy basement. Sometimes she would even kick us out in the streets in the middle of the night just because she was mad about something.

Now she is outside of that door and I don't know what she wants, but I'm going to do everything to protect little ones from her. Finally I opened the door.

Ms.Bennett rushed in. She was tall and skinny. She had her hair tied into a high bun.
"Sophia you are going to summer school tomorrow!!!" Well hello to you too. But wait.. Summer school? ME? IN SUMMER SCHOOL???

"WHAT!"

"Don't make me repeat it! Pack your things."

"What do you mean I'm going to summer school?!" Anger and adrenaline rushed into my veins. I wanted to scream at her for everything she's done to us, but I knew I couldn't.
"I MEAN YOU ARE GOING TO SUMMER SCHOOL TOMORROW!" She came up to me and raised her hand. I flinched and automatically placed my hands over my face. My heart beat like crazy.

"Pack you things.now"

"Yes m'am" I whispered.

Ms.Bennett walked out of the house and shut the door behind her. My eyes wheeled with tears but I didn't dare to cry in front of children. I went out to balcony and took deep breaths to steady my breathing.

I took little pocket knife I always have with me and started cutting my thighs and arms with it. Tears fell down my cheeks. I couldn't see anything. I felt like I couldn't breath. My lungs closed.

Then someone came to the balcony too.
"Sophia!" It was Becky

"Please.. drop that knife! I couldn't listen to a word she said. Suddenly she ripped the knife out of my hands and kneeled in front of me of me.

My whole body started to shake. My blood was dripping from the balcony. My eyes started to close from tiredness.
"Come on, let's just take care of that cuts and go to bed" then.. everything went dark..
