Chapter 9

The ride was short.

Now it is time to find our cab... great

I looked around trying to spot it . but I couldn't see anything... There was to many people.

We squeezed through the crowd , but it was terrible everyone's sweat got all over us.

It smelt horrible.

When we finally made to the road , we saw a man by a cab holding a sign that said :

PICK UP FOR,

OLIVE FLOWER

ALICE VOLT

AND ISABELLE MOON

We darted to the car at full blast.

I want to get to that cab.... I need to get out of this horrendous crowd.

As we approached the cab we grew slower and out of breath until we were slowly walking.

" Welcome , are you three the new group? " The cab driver asked.

" Yes " I said panting.

" Ok , please get in. " He said while opening the door.

We all got in the cab one by one.

We were smashed together in the backseat.

"We smell terrible " Alice said.

" I just showered ! This sucks " Olive said.

" Well, because I'm smart. I call showering first. " I said with a smile.

" Ah! That's not fair! I wanna shower first " Alice said

"snooze you lose! " Olive said with a giggle.

"Fine ... then I call- " Alice began to say.

" SECOND " Olive yelled.

" NOOOOOOOOO! I want second! " she yelled.

" Sucks to be you " I said with a smile.

" Can I shower twice in a row " Olive asked then laughed.

" NO I CALL THIRD " Alice said.

" Sorry to interrupt your shower talk ,but this is your stop. " The driver said.

"Oh thanks for the ride. How much is the pay? " I asked.

" Free , now go to your new house " he said with a smile.

We got out of the cab to see something amazing , our house is huge.

It was in three different section but we're all connected by halls.

The lift building had a lightning bolt .. that must be for Alice.

The right has a flower , Olive's.

And the center had a huge moon.

It was all black.... just like the necklace.

I think that one is for me.

" Oh my god " Olive said in awe.

" This place is huge. " Alice said.

" Well what are you waiting for , let's go in! " I said.

We opened the front door... there were two people waiting inside for us, but not any two people.... Tia and Lola.

These two are like our presidents but a million times more powerful.

They control jobs , hours of sunlight , love , even life and death!

" Welcome , I know this is going to sound a little crazy , but we need you to murder a demon.... right now.... " Tia said.

" Oh that is.... wait.... RIGHT NOW " I yelled.

" Yes , sorry about the short notice " Lola said.

" We just got here , and you already want us to kill a demon! " Alice yelled.

" It will be fine , you need to go to

The town square in Dixon " Tia said.

" Oh my gosh " Olive said.

" Are you serious" I asked.

" Yes , now you girls need to get going... oh yeah Isabelle. Later on tonight I will email you. now good luck " Lola said.

" Wait-" I said

It was to late , they teleported.

THIS IS WHY I HATE TELEPORTATION!

" Ok , I can't believe we have to do this , but let's go kill a demon " I said.
