"The searching for a Melody" (Rewrite)

{Awake in a New Light}

Time skip to Piper having one more month till his birthday on 21st June-

"Son can you come home for a second me and your mother have a surprise to tell you about!" Piper's father shouted to call his son to come home from the kitchen's backdoor.

"Be there in a giffy dad, This DewMorfi flower is about to bloom and I want to watch it!" Said Piper squatting in the garden of flowers near a DewMorfi flower that's about to bloom in the beautiful light of shine.

"Come on little bud you can do it. Bloom." Said Piper somewhat trying to encourage the flower to bloom and after just a few seconds the flower blooms showing its beautiful baby blue petals in the sunlight while releasing calming pollens in its vicinity.

"Beautiful, bye bye now flower. I have to go to my parents now." Said Piper runs back to his home while the flower enjoys the beautiful sunlight.

In the house-

"Mom Dad sorry for keeping you guys waiting. What suprise are you guys going to tell me about?"Piper said entering the house and letting his shoes out of the house and going to the kitchen to wash his hands and finally goes to where his parents were in the living room.

There he sees them sitting on the couch and he sees his mother signalling him to sit on the chair in front of the couch.

He goes to sit and looks curiously to his parents.

His parents look at one another smiling and his father now said. "Piper your mother and I have something to show you." His father said and he saw him grabbing a leaf from his front shirt pocket and he placed it on top of the table.

Piper inspected the leaf and said. "A...mandrake leaf? Um what am I suppose to use this leaf for?" Piper asked.

His mother smiled and said. "Well the suprise is that...We are going to give you a choice if you want to become an animagus like us. "His mother said calmly.

When Piper heard this he was not happy but beyond joyful because he now can become an animagus just like his parents.

"What? Really?" Piper said frantically excited. His parents laughed and his father pipes in and said. "Yes really, now that you are near to 11 and soon go to a wizarding school, we both consider this as an early birthday gift from us to you. We hope that you accept it but it's your choice because being an animagus has its advantages and disadvantages"

Piper was very excited and thought through it at first and then finally gave his answer. "Yes,I want to become an animagus just like you guys!" He said happily.

His parents smiled and his mother then explained to him about becoming an animagus. "Becoming an animagus has its ups and downs so listen carefully..." His mother then begins to explain a paragraph about becoming an animagus.

"And remember when the next storm hits next month, near your birthday you will need to drink the potion that lets you become an animagus and you must remember the spell that you need to say to yourself when you have finished drinking the potion and lucky for you my dear I already brew it and store it somewhere safe till the time comes." His mother now finished explaining.

"T-thats a lot of information." Piper said shockingly. "It is,so now do you want to or not. If not we understand it and still love you." His father said comforting Piper with his hand on his back.

Piper thinks this through for a minute and says.

"My choice is that, yes, I will become an animagus I just can't wait to be like you guys. You guys are the people I look up to." Piper said cheeringly agreeing to the idea of becoming an animagus.
