The mafias daughter and the bodyguard

Jason's pov 2

As I opened my eyes slowly, I saw a familiar figure. As the person move closer to me I knew who it was instantly. "Let me go you mother fucker" I shouted.

"I'll let you go until you tell me where the fuck Hailey's at". Said frank. With a cold look on his face. He was dressed in all black, I looked around my surroundings and realized it's the just the 2 of us. I was tied up to a tree and Frank was holding a knife in his hands.

"What do you mean where's Hailey? I left her with her dad frank so what the fuck are you talking about?".

Frank move closer to me, he dropped to my level and fired a punch to my face, I felt the sharp pain upon my face. I wanted to fight back but I was tied up to a fucking tree.

"Hailey's been missing for 3 days now and no one can find her, I was made to understand that Mr Black found out about the 2 of you and he sent you away, is that so?" Frank asked

"Get to the point" frank I said. Thinking about all the possible things that could happen to I Hailey. 3 days is long, I know she knows how to protect herself but I'm still scared of the fact that  something happened to her.

"She ran away because if you Jason". He said in an angry tone.

"What do you have against me frank? You hated me since the first day we met."

"Because you're a shady mother fucker you can't be trusted." Said frank.

Look hear me out I want to find Hailey as much as you do, I hate to say it but we need to co-operate with each other. As much as I hated saying it it's true.

Frank stared at me for a while and he untied me from the tree. I could have killed him but all I could think about us the well being of Hailey.

"Okay so tell me when was the last time You saw Hailey" frank asked. breaking the awkward atmosphere between us.

"The day I left, she came into my room all gloomy and happy that her dad and her were going to spend the day with each other. She didn't know that it was a front to let me evacuate the premises without her knowing." I said

"But hold on I got a question for you, how did you know bout any of this? I thought you were just a bodyguard."

Frank hit me with a sarcastic smirk, "I'm a FBI agent, I was working undercover  to bring Mr. Black down" said frank

"So I guess that didn't work out huh?"
I laughed but frank was deaf ass serious.

"Okay come on let's go" frank said to me. "Go where frank?" I said "we have to co-operate not become best friends ends".

"You self-centered piece of shit Jason, Mr. Black got his men out hunting for you and I can't afford to let you die because Hailey would hate me for it" said frank.

"Aww look at you being smoochy", I laughed but again what's funny to me wasn't funny at all to frank.

I got up packed my stuff and Frank and I headed south.

Pretty soon we ended up Infront of a black mini van. Frank opened it and went into the drivers seat, he signaled for me to get in but I was hesitant.

Could I trust him? How do I know if he not working with Mr.black? Ohhh fuck Jason this is your only chance you have to get Hailey in Guzman position. I hoped in without thinking twice.

The drive was awkward, but it's for Hailey and I'd do anything for her. Can't believe I'm saying this thinking about her just made me feel safe, but thinking about her in danger, there's no words that can explain how I feel about that.

As much as I don't trust frank I know that he's doing this for her too.
