"Oh Ahsoka," Owen said, at a lost of words. For how do you respond to a revelation such as this one,  "I'm so sorry". He looked at Ahsoka with pity, which was to be expected, but what she did not expect was the respect that she saw in his eyes when he looked at her. However she still didn't want his pity.

"No need to apologize, Owen. It was not your doing". Ahsoka said with a sad smile in his direction. "Come," she said as she got up and made her way to the door. "Let's go and eat with the others. I know I'm hungry". The excuse was an easy one to get out of the room and away from the topic of conversation.

Ahsoka left the awkward situation before Owen did, leaving the door open for him to follow. Owen sat on the bed, pondering everything she told him. The young women was torcherd for heavens sake. Torcherd. He just couldn't believe it. She kept all the pain well hidden though.

With a great sigh, he got up from his sitting position on the bed and made his way over to the door. Taking another deep breath he softly closed the door behind him.

They made their way out of the room and through the winding hallways before the found themselves at the dining room. Everyone else was sitting at the tables eating the meal that Beru had prepared for them. Owen sat down next to his wife at the round dining table, kissing her hand. Ahsoka found her way to an empty seat next to Senetor Organa. He smiled at her and she nodded back before digging into her meal. Damn, it was so good. She tried to stuff her mouth as fast and lady like as possible, which was not an easy task.

They ate in relative silence for a time before Senetor Organa asked about where he could store the crates that Kanan had gotten. This piped Ahsoka's interest. She still didn't know what was exactly in the crates but she could guess that they were medical supplies from the location from which they stole them.

"You could put them in the garage. I already have so much stuff stacked in there that I don't think Luke would be able to tell a difference". Organa said his thanks for the meal before getting up from the table to go move them to the garage. Kanan didn't know who Luke was except from the fact that he was Owen and Beru's kid, not much of a kid anymore though. Ahsoka planned on keeping it that way.

Everyone else finished their dinner quickly after that. Beru got up and cleared up everyone's plates and brought them to the kitchen. Ahsoka offered to help but she waved her away telling her that she could wash a few plates for her guests.

" You are all aloud to stay the night inside my home if you would like". Owen offered Hera and the rest of his team.

"That's a very kind offer, Owen. Thank you, we would love to except". Hera said with a smile. Everyone got up to get ready to go to bed. Kanan mumbled something about needing to help Organa with the cargo, and left.

Ahsoka got her cloak from the door and went outside. She pulled the hood up and wrapped it around her body. Shielding her from the bits of sand that swirled around in the air.The two suns where setting in the sky. It was still humid out but there was a strong wind pulling towards the east. It was beautiful out.

She was admiring the view when she heard footsteps come up from behind her. She heard Kanan walk up next to her. He didn't say anything but she could tell something was bothering him.

"Its a beautiful view, isn't it?" She asked him, still looking out over the sand dunes. "It is," he replied turning to her. He took a moment to pause before saying his next sentence. "Your not staying with us are you?"

Ahsoka sighed. She knew this was going to happen. "No. I'm not. I have a few... situations that need my attention at the moment. I'm sorry," she said to him. He nodded like he was expecting it. But he would miss having Ahsoka around. In truth he liked having a break from having the full responsibility of others on his shoulders. And  sometimes, in his worst moments, he missed being the pupil and not the Master. For the Master had to make the life alternating decisions for not only himself, but also for the people closest to him and around him. Making decisions like that change people. For better or for worse. But he guessed Master Tano knew that more than most; certainly more than him.

"Besides, you have a great team to take care of you so I'm sure you will be just fine without me at your side on your next daring mission across the galaxy". She smiled at him.

The suns was setting and she had a place to be before they both set. Ahsoka walked out over the dunes to one of the hover bikes resting next to the small dome were they were kept. Grabbing some goggles she fastened them over her eyes. "Tell Owen I went out to see and old friend, will you?" She didn't wait for an answer from Kanan as she fired up the bike and took off over the dunes. Racing the suns to the next horizon.
