Leo was glad to be back. He was with his friends, at home, with Calypso. But then...of COURSE Chiron HAD to give them a quest...of course. Later, Chiron had told them that they could bring three more people that were thought to be "worthy". So, after not that much consideration, the Seven had decided to bring Reyna, Nico, and Calypso. And this whole quest was the reason why Leo was stuck in Bunker 9, building the Argo II...and a half. (A/N: That's right. The Argo 2.5. Don't judge!) It was...well...lonely. And, while he was building, Leo was okay with that. He could concentrate.
"Leo?" said a voice that Leo knew all too well.
"Yeah, Calypso, I'm in here," he answered.
Calypso waltzed in gracefully with a smile on her face. "Hey, what's up?"
"Just building a flying boat; piece of cake. What about you?"
Calypso's smile fell. "Just..thinking about the quest."
"Oh," Leo said. "You don't want to go on it."
Calypso tried to smile, and said, "No, I do. I don't want to leave you. Its just that...I don't want you to leave me."
Shocked, Leo said, "You think I'd leave you? I-I love you...I'd never leave."
"I know, its just..." Calypso turned her head away to hide tears. "It's just that I'm afraid. I'm afraid that something might happen to you, and there isn't another physician's cure. I don't know what's going to happen, and...wait. Did you just say that you love me?"
"Well, yeah...I do. Its...why I don't want you to go. The same can happen to you." Leo said.
Calypso looked at Leo, angry now. "What, you don't think I'm strong enough? I'm a titan. I can take care of myself! I'm not powerless!
After her small outburst, Calypso started to storm out, but couldn't leave before Leo leaned forwards and kiss her.
"Hey, you know I don't think that. I know that you're strong. I just...worry." Leo said, kindly.
"I know," Calypso replied, calming down. "And I love you too."
And then, of course , being a couple, Leo leaned toward Calypso and kissed her. And of course, Frank just HAD to walk in and see their PDA. Annnd of course, Leo and Calypso sprung apart, embarrassed. Awkward! Leo thought.
