I woke up still thinking 'bout yesterday. Does he like me? Or is it cause i look different??? I walked down with Yeah-Yeah, I guess he notice me being down so he asked me a question.
"Hey Ari you okay?"Yeah-Yeah asked
"I dunno, its just- its just, nevermind you wouldn't care."I said
"Yeah-Yeah i do care you gotta tell me." Yeah-Yeah said.
"I really like Benny, but we almost kissed yesterday and i dont know. Does he like me or he just likes me cause im pretty now?"I said
"Ari, he does like ever since you were 6." Yeah-Yeah said
"How do you know Yeah-Yeah? "I asked
"It obvious, plus he told me when we were 7,but he was to chicken to ask you out." Yeah-Yeah said and i smiled.
"Thanks, you sure do know how to cheer up a girl."I said and he laughed.
Once we got there we got to the sandlot they were all there getting ready. Benny batted first and made a homerun. Two hours later ******★****★*★*☆
We all went to get ice cream since we had a good practice. Benny and me were in the front holding hands talking 'bout whatever. Then Wendy pasted by. Squints being a perv, he looked at her.
"Woah, she's pretty." Squints said.
"I've seen better." Ham said and the boys, expect Yeah-Yeah, looked at me and i blushed.
"Yeah-Yeah, whatever lets go get our ice cream."Yeah-Yeah said and we did. The boys were talking 'till i hears something.
"I like girls who are nice."Yeah-Yeah said
"I like girls who aren't afraid to catch." Kenny said
"What bout you Benny?" Ham asked ans he was doin something and finally listened.
"Huh, uh pretty girls." He said. The boys laughed anddi stood up and smashed my ice cream into Benny's face.
"I knew you only liked me cause i looked different!!!! "I yelled into his face and ran home. I changed my clothes and sat in bed eating ice cream watching romance movies and yelling 'no he's a liar!'
Benny's pov
I wiped the ice cream of my face.
"Why did you say that Benny?"Yeah-Yeah asked
"Well i was day dreaming about Ari, and i heard yall talking bout girls and i also thought bout Ari cause she is pretty. Then i blurted out pretty then girls. I didnt mean."I said running my hand through my hair.
"I gotta go,i need to make it up for Ar." I said and left to the flower shop, then Vincent's.
