i've been gone for a while because i've had nothing important to say but i'm just gonna give some updates on how i'm doing
so i've been doing new workouts that work so well
these are the ones that i do and they genuinely work so well
like i woke up this morning and my belly looked so much more flat and defined and i can feel my ab muscles a lot more than ever before and the ones at the top are a bit visible ⁉️⁉️ that's really strange because i obviously started this wl journey as someone who was overweight and some people say they only had abs or felt them when they were a young child but i've just never felt them before because i've always been a bit chubbier than others so it's really cool
anyways i really recommend doing those exercises but they can be quite hard to do especially the first video but you can feel yourself getting stronger and it gets easier the more you do italso my weight now is 54kg i haven't lost much but i'm definitely looking better i would say it's because of me gaining a bit of muscle but i don't know how quick that happens
SOO FOOD i'm finding new ways to eat healthier dinners and stuff
i made healthy tacos for my family on thursday and it went well so i think a good way in eating healthily without anyone interrupting your healthy eating is by making the whole house eat it too and that means it's gonna have to be good for everyone else to actually eat it as wellnothing much is really happening, nothing drastic, just trying to stick to my routine of exercise and healthy eating
