A group of friends in year 9 are just (very weird) totally normal friends until the main seven begin to uncover the secret world of magic and magic jewellery.. what kind of journey will this take them on?
It's not natural is basically my dream realm...
I crinkle my crusty eyes open to the sound of my annoying alarm buzzing, I reach my arm over to my phone laying next to me and clicking the 'stop' button.
I lay there for a few seconds before slowly sitting up, falling back down due to my vision going blurry - thanks a lot, POTS.
After another few seconds I sit back up, this time successfully so I slowly slide myself out of bed and walk over to the bathroom, doing my business before staring into the mirror for a minute or two.
I stare at my ugly vitiligo skin and my weird heterochromia, the dandruff flaking from my hairline, spots and spot scars on my forehead a long with scars all over my face, my yellowish, crooked teeth ruining my smile and my bushy eyebrows.
"Ezra? Are you up?!" I hear my parent (they/them- nonbinary born female but masculine) yell for me to check if I'm up yet, snapping me out of my trance "yep! Getting ready now!" I yell back as I walk out the bathroom and back to my bedroom, shutting the door behind me and grabbing my uniform off the edge of my bed.

^^(this is the uniform but with the skirt rolled up a lot, thin tights, a lanyard with lots of different badges and some rewarded pins on the blazer collar)
Once I'm dressed I put on my makeup (I'll let you choose what makeup) and do my hair (the hair is a short half bleached blonde half dark brown wolf cut with rainbow highlights) as well as putting some butterfly hair clips in a halo formation around my head.
After that I put in all my ear piercing with new earrings, some face piercings and put in my nose piercings before walking out my room and downstairs into the kitchen where my parent is doing something on their laptop, my mother is putting food in mine and my siblings lunchboxes, two of my sisters are talking about gossip, all four of my brothers are talking about sharks and cars and one of my sisters is standing next to my two other sisters but is just on her phone instead.
I walk over to my mother and help her pack our lunches and not long after all the lunchboxes are packed, I go around each of my siblings and hand them their lunchbox.
Once everyone has everything and is all ready to go, we all say goodbye to our parents and walk out the door, walking to school.
"And then the bitch has the AUDACITY to call me a fat, ugly, black bitch! I AM NOT FAT! I'm just chubby! AND IM NOT BLACK, IM A LIGHT BROWN!" One of my sisters, Nicole (nicknamed Grifferin), explains some drama to me and my two other sisters "what the fuck?!" We all gasp "I'll fucking pummel that cunt!" I yell angrily, I'm notorious for being the most aggressive and overprotective in the family although it does make sense considering I have mommy and daddy issues as well as the fact I'm the oldest in my family. (Ezra has parent issues with different parents - them and all his siblings are adopted though they don't tell many people nor do they seem in slightest adopted siblings)
"Do it motherfucker! I'll thundercunt that BITCH!" Another one of my sisters, Isabelle (nicknamed Izzy/Isa), chimes in "yeah you really should, she sounds like an absolute slag!" Ruby (nicknamed Rubes), my final sister, adds "I fucking will!" I promise them.
~🪼time skip to school🪼~
We all arrive at school and three out of four of our brothers walk of to go over to their friend group while the rest of us go over to our friend group "Hiya guys!" River, my brother (nicknamed whitefang/fang), says to our friend group as we walk over to them, Ella, my girlfriend (nicknamed Teddie), runs over to me and hugs me, I hug her back and give her a quick kiss before saying hi to our friend group as well as the rest of my sisters and our friend group all say hi back "ah, lovers reunited after such a dreadfully long weekend!" Emily, nicknamed Em/Emmy, says to me and Teddie with a slightly mocking tone but not in a mean way - a playful way.
Our friend group all giggle and I playfully flip Em off "anyways- did you guys get up to anything on the weekend? Or were you all basic ass bitches like usual?" Rosie, our cousin, asks our friend group and we all say pretty much the same thing "nope" "nothing" "basic ass bitch tuning in" "I slept all day" and Rosie rolls her eyes "I tried!" She says, putting her hands up in defeat, sitting back down on the floor, huddled in her massive coat.
Rosie then goes on her phone and comes across a TikTok of an emo/goth girl and smirks to herself before showing her phone to Izzy "look- it's you, a basic ass megaminded emo bitch!" She exclaims jokingly and we all begin to giggle.
The reason Rosie said that is because Izzy's style is a mix of emo and goth - take her makeup and hair for example as her makeup is a pale white face with traditional goth makeup and her hair black and blonde skunk styled, she also has a lot of a piercings (spider bites, eyebrow piercings, ear piercings and belly button) like me and she has customised her uniform in a way that looks more emo (drawing and sown on patches) but doesn't cause her to get c1s, c2s or c3s (consequences and detentions) since she got permission from school with a lot of persuasion (she told them, and I quote, "i will report them for not being inclusive if they won't let me be emo" end quote)
"ROSIE, THATS NOT VERY NICE." Elizabeth, Rosie's girlfriend (nicknamed Lizzie), pitches in sarcastically "YEAH ROSIE." Izzy agrees in the same tone, pretending to be hurt.
We all continue to gossip, chat, joke and jokingly bully each other until the first bell rings and we all say goodbye before scurrying along to our tutor lines ready to start the boring ass school day.
