(Awsten's Pov)

Waking up early the next morning to my usual nurse who's also my brother Mike I groan a little rubbing my eyes as my vitals are taken I seeing that my roommate is already gone for another test day. Mike immediately gives me a disapproving look. "What time did you get to sleep?" I mumble a little tiredly. "Around two in the morning." He sighs a little. "Awsten you need to get sleep." I pout a little. "I was texting my soulmate." He gives me a look of surprise. "You found your soulmate?" I nod smiling a little. "Yeah he came by yesterday." Mike immediately grins and starts prodding for details. "What was he doing here? Is he handsome? He better have been nice to you." I chuckle a little. "He came here for some charity work. Yes he's very handsome and he was really nice and understanding about my sickness." I feel a little bad about not telling Mike the full truth about Hendery being an idol but I don't want to just blab that information without having permission. Mike nods in approval before ruffling my hair with a smile. "I'm happy for you but don't ignore your need to eat and sleep. I know you and you tend to forget those things when you're distracted." I roll my eyes but give him a little nod. "Okay I'll be sure to take care of myself." He gives me a stern look. "I'm serious Awsten. Pinky promise me you'll take care of your needs." I sigh but lock my pinky with his he nodding in approval before he asks what I want for breakfast I choosing simple eggs and bacon. He leaves the room and I jump when my phone suddenly vibrates I grabbing it from the little table beside my bed and smile when I see it's from Hendery.

Hendery ❤️: good morning. I hope you slept well and are eating a good breakfast this morning.

                            Me: morning. I was sleeping well until my nurse woke me up for vital checks and breakfast. I chose the bacon and eggs since it's the most decent.

Hendery ❤️: I'm sorry I kept you up so late. But how about me and the others come visit you today? We don't have anything planned or going on.

                             Me: I'd like that if you don't mind. Just show up preferably after lunch so my testing will be done.

Hendery ❤️: alright see you then cutie 😉

I immediately blush bright red and set my phone aside when the door opens Mike carrying a tray and sets it on my table that hovers over my bed. "Eat up and then we'll take you to labs and your echocardiogram." I nod and start nibbling at my food I pushing the tray aside when I'm full. "Um my soulmate and his friends are visiting this afternoon." Mike gives me a slight look of shock before grinning. "Good. I'm glad you finally met your soulmate." I smile then watch as he grabs a wheelchair I carefully getting out of bed and into the chair being wheeled around.
