~Too Much~

"You're too much!"

I sit silently in classes terrified to make noise.

I refrain from blurting my thoughts in fear of being judged.

"You're so annoying."

I keep my head down as I walk only saying hi to teachers in the halls.

I try my best to keep my personality down.

I wear normal clothes and I make normal sounds.

"you're weird."

But it's never enough.

For I am not something that can be refrained,

I am bold, I am loud, and I'm here to stay.

Who's ever been told that they're too much?

Fuck that.
