Adhyaan :

I gave her the necklace because it felt like the right thing to do. I can't explain why, but in that moment, I wanted to show her that I cared, like a husband would. Not just that, even as friends, I should have wished her good luck when she started her job. But somehow, amidst all the chaos, with dadi's birthday and Natasha's arrival, it slipped my mind.

I couldn't fathom why Tara would invite her troublesome friends to stay at home. It was as if they were nothing but a constant source of headaches. And so, I felt compelled to offer my sincere apologies to Sejal. It wasn't as if I was in love or anything, but she wasn't exactly a stranger to me either.

Today morning also , I wasn't in a mood of going out but tara was so in a mood and I couldn't deny her for so long so I just gave in and I even ordered Sejal to come with us . because according to my knowledge she would just deny going out with us , but I wanted her to accompany me anyways we don't spend much time together. So I ordered her instead to come along with us .

Later, when I entered her room, she looked absolutely stunning in that dress. A mischievous idea popped into my head - why not tease her a little? It's always amusing to see her reactions, especially when she gets easily annoyed by my teasing. I had a feeling that she wouldn't wear the earrings I suggested, so I purposely mentioned them. And when I revealed that it was intentional, she got all fired up. It was quite entertaining to witness her reaction.

Sejal :

As I left my room, I made my way towards the parking area to join everyone in the car. To my surprise, when I arrived, Natasha had already taken the front seat, while Tara settled in the back. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of frustration or maybe even a hint of resentment. It's not that I desperately wanted the passenger seat, but why is it always Natasha occupying that spot? Why not Tara? These thoughts swirled in my mind, leaving me with a mix of emotions and unanswered questions.

But then I reminded myself, It's not my place to interfere. It's his car, his decision on who sits in the passenger seat. With that thought in mind, I entered the car and took a seat beside Tara. She gave me a disapproving look, but I brushed it off. I had grown accustomed to their behavior by now. Soon enough, Adhyaan started the car, and we embarked on our journey to our destination.

As he stepped out of the car, he courteously opened the door for Tara before making his way to my side. Just as he was about to open the door for me, I pushed it open myself. I then stepped out of the car. Soon after, he opened the door for Natasha. Together, we all made our way towards the clothes section. Tara and Natasha eagerly rushed ahead to check out the clothes for themselves, while Adhyaan and I found ourselves a step behind, observing their excitement.

Not in the mood for much conversation with him, I continued ahead to browse through the suits for myself. As I focused on finding the perfect outfit, I noticed Adhyaan trailing behind me. The irritation started to build up within me, and I couldn't resist turning towards him and speaking my mind.

"What ?."

Confused by my response, he asked me, "What?"

I took a deep breath, determined to communicate my frustration clearly.

"Why are you walking behind me?" I questioned, my voice tinged with annoyance.

He calmly replied, "Because I want to."

His words only fueled my irritation. I couldn't hold back any longer.

"But I don't want you constantly trailing behind me. Go walk behind Tara and Natasha," I retorted, my frustration evident.

He raised an eyebrow and replied, "But I want to walk with you. Why should I walk behind them?"

Feeling frustrated, I folded my arms across my chest and firmly said, "You should know, it's none of my business."
