Finally something that is not so sad...
I read somewhere that Buddha said that if you love someone, your heart doesn't beat faster, you don't breath faster and your mind doesn't go crazy. You feel calm and at peace and that's how you know that you love someone. I think it was something like that.
I don't know what is true though, the erratic beating of your heart or feeling so calm.
