Chapter 6

“ Son, what happened? Manang told me that you came home just now carrying Yumi into your room. Why? What happened?” -mom asked with worried tone.

“ She’s ok now mom, it’s just that there’s some scumbugs who tried to… to hurt her. I already send them to jail and I’ll make sure they will rote in there”. – my jaw tighten and my fist clenched remembering what happened earlier.

“Can I see her?, I just want to make sure that she’s ok”.

“ Sure mom, she’s sleeping in my room”

After my mom left me to climb upstairs, I went to the kitchen to grab a glass of water.

Habang hinuhubad ko Ang suit at pinagmamasdan Ang sarili ko sa salamin unti-unting bumalik sa mga alaala ko Ang mga kahayupang ginawa Ng mga gagong Yun kanina. Nanginig Ang katawan ko sa mga naalala, naaawa ako sa sarili ko.

I Frowned when  I entered my room to check on her and saw nothing but my empty bed. ‘Where is she?’

I was about to leave and find her when I heard a noise from the bathroom. It’s her . She’s crying senselessly that I start to get worried again by the thought of what she may do to herself.

“ Yumi?! Yumi! It’s me Kenzo! Open this door Yumi! Please!” I said while knocking nonstop at the door. I heard no response, she just continued crying like she didn’t heard me so that left me with no other choice but to open this door in my own way.

I hurriedly went to my drawer and grab the key. When I finally opened it, I ran into the shower and there I saw her sitting on the tiled floor with her wet clothes on. She’s crying miserably while scratching the skin on her neck.

I kneeled beside her and hugged her tight not caring about my clothes getting wet like hers.

“Shhh. It’s ok now. You’ll be alright” I caressed her back to comfort her atleast.

“A-Ang dumi-dumi k-ko na…” she said while sobbing

“ no you’re not, stop crying now. I’ll make them pay for what they did to you ok. I’ll handle everything just please don’t worry now”. I don’t know why but I just can’t take it seeing her like this.

I let her cry in my shoulder for awhile.

“ Tahan na Yumi, magiging ok din ang lahat” I said while slightly tapping his back. Her body stiffened when she heard what I said and let go of the hug.

She looks at me and I don’t know why but I just caught myself staring back at her eyes as if I was drowning. Moments later, I just found myself kissing her delectable lips. Man! It’s the sweetest lips I’ve ever tasted. I was about to stop when she responded to my kisses with equal intensity. She held into my nape when my lips went  down to kiss her neck. My jaw tighten when I saw the red mark that bastard did.

“ Let me cover this with my own mark, honey”. I whispered and started to kiss it in my own way. I’ll make sure that the only lips she could ever remember that touches this part was only mine.

After giving her neck not just one but two kiss marks, I tried myself to gain myself control so I can manage to stop before anything else happens. I just thought that it’s not right to take her in this state. She’s vulnerable right now and I don’t want her to think that I am taking advantage of her vulnerability.

I kissed her lips so deep once more before I gently held her shoulder and break the kiss.

“I- I think we should stop from here” I tried to find another words to say but that’s the only thing I can say, so I just settle myself scratching the back of my head. Man! This is so gay! Why do I feel  shy after what I did. I made a sound to cleared my throat.

“ ahm… are you ok now?” I asked unsure

“ O-oo , s-salamat nga Pala sa pagligtas mo sa’kin ah. Kung Hindi ka dumating hindi ko alam kung saan na ako pupulutin Ngayon.”

“ it’s ok, wait! How long have you been working there in that club? I-if you don’t mind me asking “.

Napayuko ako sa Tanong niya. Pakiramdam ko’y Nanliliit ako habang tinitingnan Niya.

“D-Dalawang Linggo na” narinig Kong napabuntong hininga sya. Hinihintay Kong husgahan Niya ako at sabihan Ng kung ano-ano gaya Ng madalas Kong naririnig sa kanya tuwing ini-insulto ako. Lumipas Ang ilang saglit pero wala parin intong imik kaya inangat ko Ang mukha ko para tingnan sya kaya nagtagpo Ang mga mata Namin. Hindi ko mabasa Ang emosyong sinasalmin ng kulay abo nyang mga mata. Ang tanging alam ko lang ay hindi tinging mapanghusga Ang mga iyon.

“On the second thought, lets just ,talk about that some other time ok. For now let’s change our clothes, we’ll catch a cold if we let ourselves wear this wet clothes. You can use my clothes in my closet. Take this bathroom, I’ll use the other one downstairs”. Iyon lang ang tanging sinabi nya bago lumabas ng banyo. Napabuntong hininga ako.
